I’ve been using these peppermint gels for nausea, and they’ve been working really well. They have a slight minty scent but I find it pleasant. Something must be working with the peppermint and ginger combination, helps calm my stomach and I haven’t noticed any side effects. They’re also small little softgels so they are easy to swallow.

Good product but some ‘after-burn’
Product was recommended by my GI doctor. Seems the product works well for my GI issues, however some (not all) of the capsules gave me a burning-like or menthol-like butt sensation after a bowel movement after my meal. My butt was minty-fresh, but somewhat annoying for at lest 30 minutes afterward. And when I peed, it felt like I had menthol near my private areas. Not an appealing feeling. Does not bother my stomach though with that feeling.

I use on this product daily! It’s great to settle your stomach and intestines if you have IBS and trigger food that tend to ruin you for the day. A lot of products sell for over $50 and this one works just as well as the others for a fraction of the cost. The smell is good, doesn’t taste bad and doesn’t make me burp peppermint. Ingredients are gluten free and doesn’t have extra crap in it!

Sooths your gut!
Ive been taking this for a couple of days now and it has helped with my IBS. I would feel a hint of soothing sensation in my gut and it reduces my bloating. It feels more effective then taking Gas-X, so I’m giving this a 5 out of 5 stars. I’ve read that you should only take peppermint oil daily for 8 weeks, so I’m only gonna take this as needed. It’s nice to have found another tool to control my IBS. I highly recommend it.

A unique experience in the bathroom
I’ll try to say this as demurely as possible…I recently tried a well-known (and expensive) competitor to this brand. I took just two capsules, and later that night, I went to the bathroom. Suddenly, I noticed a strong peppermint smell and thought, Who’s using peppermint oil so intensely that I can smell it from here? Well, it took a moment, anda surprisingly cool, burning sensation, for me to realize… it was me. 😅Let’s just say it took a solid 20 minutes for the tingling to wear off. On the plus side, I guess it does make your bathroom smell nice! 😂🌿

I had been having IBS problems for years. I tried all Indian and Ayurvedic meds for IBS but nothing worked. I was mostly on Immodium most of the time. Finally I tried this and glad to to say it is really helping to controls my IBS symptoms and best works when taking half an hour or so before meals.The only downside of these meds for me is that it’s makes the body bit lathargic or relaxed or sort of sleepy which makes it difficult to continue with normal job and work at times unless you began to get use to if it. But since its helps in IBS symptoms and does not have any actual side effects to body otherwise so it’s definitely worth using it!!
