This is a high dose vitamin D capsule – – 50 K units. Without a physician recommendation, it should not be taken more than once every two weeks. This is an excellent product when you use appropriately and the appropriate dose for the appropriate reasons. Excellent value. RMP/MD.

Perfect size of the capsule
The best thing about these capsules are that they are the perfect size! I always don’t like when the source of gelatin is not mentioned but thankfully it specifies that its bovine.

Quality D3 supplement
This is a tiny gelcap that is easy to swallow. 50,000 IU once a week is a great way to get adequate amounts of vitamin D3 without yet another a daily pill. My levels were on low normal side, after several months of taking this supplement my levels are above middle now. (It can take nine months to raise levels.) I have used various NOW brand supplements for many years and I feel they are good quality based on my own results, still it’s nice to have outside confirmation my trust is not misplaced.
