High Quality and Versatile
Now Foods Tea Tree Oil is excellent quality! The 4 oz bottle is a great size and lasts a long time since a little goes a long way. The oil is pure, strong, and effective—I use it for skincare, cleaning, and even in my diffuser. The scent is fresh and natural, and the quality is consistent every time I buy it. A versatile, must-have essential oil at a great value.

I Totally {{HEART}} Now Foods Tea Tree Essential Oil 4oz Grade: A-; or 4.91-Stars!! Definitely A Keeper!
The natural anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, anti-fungal and antiseptic properties of therapeutic grade Tea Tree Essential Oil has powerful anti-bacterial properties and has been used in everything from treating eczema/psoriasis/acne, dermatitis of the scalp and body, controlling and eliminating mite pests (dust mites, bed bugs, scabies, even head lice), and oral/dental related issues such as toothaches and gum infections when applied directly to the area on it’s own, or when a few drops are added to your favorite antiseptic mouth rinse (like Listerine). It also can be used to treat acne when added to pure 100% Witch Hazel (alcohol Free), you only need 1-2 drops of tea tree oil for every 1-2ounces of witch hazel for a great anti-acne toning treatment! And tea tree oil is also great for stimulating hair growth when added to shampoo or liquid conditioner leave-ins, or shealoe for a great homeopathic scalpdress, so the benefits of this wonderful Essential Oil are practically limitless. In 2113, The National Center for Biotechnology Information Human Genome/US National Library of Medicine/National Institutes of Health website published a study by F. M. Sakr, et al., that showed use of therapeutic grade Tea Tree Essential Oil combined with Minoxidil and Diclofenal (a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory) was notably more effective than Minoxidil alone in regrowing hair. You can do a Google search to find the article or on the NCBI site search: PMC3686323NcbiDOTnlmDOTnihDOTgov/pmc/articles/PMC3686323/—Externally:Traditional Coconut + EO EmulsionTo prepare 6% eo oil blend: place 1tbsp + 1/4 tsp Tea Tree Oil, only in 1-cup Organic unrefined Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil (melted) and apply to face, body and scalp (if hair is very fine apply to scalp at bedtime and rinseout in the mornings) Many ayurvedic therapies successfully involve the use of therapeutic grade essential oils to treat skin disorders and also to kill parasitic mites, etc..6% eo blend (using Tea Tree eo + Clove eo in Coconut Oil)To prepare 6% eo oil blend: place 1tbsp of TeaTree essential oil + 1/4 tsp (up to ½ tsp) Clove Essential Oil in 1-cup Organic unrefined Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil (melted) and apply to face, body and scalp (if hair is very fine apply to scalp at bedtime and rinseout in the mornings).Alternative 6% eo blend (using 100% Pure Grapeseed Oil + Tea Tree eo Emulsion):Note: Most people tolerate Tea tree eo very well, but sometimes the Clove eo can be reactive as well as the Coconut Oil. In this case it is recommended to simply place place 1tbsp + 1/4 tsp (up to 1/2 tsp) of TeaTree essential oil, only in 1-cup 100% Pure Grapeseed Oil and apply to face, body and scalp (if hair is very fine apply to scalp at bedtime and rinseout in the mornings)..Note: If a stronger (anti-parasitic) blend is required add additional Tea Tree Oil, but if/when adding additional Clove Oil, but be very careful as Clove Essential Oil is ‘hot’ and too much can burn, so add enough to the point where you will feel warm and aggressively burn the skin parasites, but not enough to blister your skin. Essential Oil blend solution should not exceed more than 8% total essential oil/s per 1-cup of carrier oil in the formulary..And for Day-To-Day Maintenance following use of the 6% EO treatment a less potent dilution of about 1%-3% is recommended that will be just enough to maintain remission, but not so strong as to over stimulate / aggravate the surface of the skin during periods of normalcy/remission.1.5% EO blend -3/4tsp + 1/16tsp Tea Tree Oil added per 1Cup Coconut Oil (or Grapeseed Oil) used for day to day usage. The unique properties of Tea Tree Essential Oil (and similarly Clove, Peppermint, Rosemary) allow it to help other oils and blends that benefit the skin and hair (and hairloss) to function more effectively when included, than when not.The only downside is that essential oils can be a lot more expensive than other oils, but you definitely will save money over time by investing in the larger size bottles when making these types of purchases.—-Special notes; Many people suggest that Tea Tree Oil works fine on it’s own, and most of the studies used ‘either’ Tea Tree Essential Oil or Clove Essential Oil, so unless specifically treating for bedbugs, and other pests, try the Tea Tree Oil on it’s own and wait 2weeks to assess quality of improvement to determine if the additional oomph (or expense) of the Clove Oil is needed…Essential Oils are quite strong, so they typically need to be diluted with a good carrier oil such as Coconut Oil, Jojoba Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Sweet Almond Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil. And for acne issues, remember, it’s best to add only a few drops to 1-2tbsp 100% Witch Hazel (alcohol-free) before spot applying to the skin.Overall, for the medicinal benefits alone, pure Tea Tree Oil is a must have/great buy at almost any price. Our grade: A-; or 4.91-Stars!

natural antiseptic – always in our “medicine cabinet”
Pure, healing tea tree oil. This is the pure stuff, so if you aren’t familiar with it, be aware it’s strong. For most purposes, it needs to be diluted – like with another oil or a few drops added to a lotion for treating the skin. It’s also great for cleaning. Added to vinegar, and sprayed on tile (for instance), it’ll knock any mold out! But a little expensive for that.I discovered tea tree oil years ago, and learned that it’s healing, yet *drying.* A tiny bit of it dabbed on a pimple at night will certainly help dry it up. Yes, an oil that can be drying. But it can be added into coconut oil or a lotion, and just be healing.I’ve added a few drops to a small pan of warm water and soaked my mother’s hands before cleaning and giving her a manicure while she was bedridden in a nursing home.If you can handle the scent, you’ll find all sorts of uses for this great oil. I don’t mind it. My spouse really doesn’t like it.FYI: *** Do NOT use it on dogs or cats. It can cause liver problems for them. ***A minor FYI, the most recent bottle I bought – here on Amazon – had a loose plastic piece inside the cap. It was properly sealed, but that plastic piece remained on top of the bottle when I removed the cap. Just be careful, like I *wasn’t.* 🙄 I thought it was a dropper type cap, and turned the bottle upside down and shook it to get drops out. Oops. Poured a lot of the oil out. It wasn’t a dropper cap! But that’s never happened before, so I’ll know to be more careful in the future. (Not anyone’s fault. It just happened.)

Great product, great price
First off, this shipped crazy fast, but I also noticed that it didn’t come very far.Anyway, I use tea tree oil for several random things and recently was recommended to try this on our dog. Yes, our dog. She gets skin infections easily and is currently under treatment for heartworms, plus she has cancer. So I didn’t want to try any chemical or medicated products. We mixed a couple drops of this in with a light massage oil a friend gave us, then rubbed it gently around her infected areas, then followed with a basic bath. Worked instantly, plus it smelled rather nice in comparison to any medicated rubs.I also use this occasionally on PLU cloth diapers. After a while the plastic stuff gets funky, a couple drops of this stuff remove the funky smell and also seem to help with any detergent build up that might be there.I also use this in homemade hand soaps, as a cosmetic treatment, and a couple other uses. This is particular brand has the correct concentration for all our uses (research how to use it, don’t just slather it on straight) and is consistent. You’ll need a way to measure or dropper out what you need as it does not come with a way to dispense in this size bottle.

Love it for mild scalp irritations!
This product was recommended by coworker of mine that is into herbal health. It really help calm the itch and dermatitis that was developing on my scalp! I would add drops to another mild skin oil to carry since this product is very concentrated.

You can buy the cheaper stuff if you like but that cheaper quality products can and sometimes seem to be “diluted” or “mixed” even though their labels claim “pure” or “100%”.For Tea tree oils that seems to be also true. Least with the tea tree oil I tried prior to this. Now products oils are always top quality oils. Personally, I’d rather pay a bit more for this higher quality oil. I always like to try to save a buck when i can but, when it comes to oils, there are many inferior products out there claiming to be the same quality as NOW tea tree oil, but that’s just not true.My last tea tree oil from the competitor turned into “slime” in a few months.”Now” Tea tree oil seems to stay “stable” for much much longer. In fact i have never seen now tea tree oil turn to slime. I regularly use this brand, Its just a fair price for high quality product.Don’t look elsewhere just get this kind you will be happy you did, it is the best.

I wish it either had a dropper or a smaller opening like how the smaller bottle is made

My nose was always inflamed and nothing really helped until I tried tea tree oil. It helps so much, it feels very cool on the skin and doesn’t really dry too much and it isn’t oily on your skin either which is great because my skin doesn’t react well to oily residues and such.I don’t really have that much acne anymore, but my skin still gets inflamed daily so this product is a must for me.

子供の足にイボが出来たので、これを購入しました。2週間ぐらい、就寝前にチョンチョンと付けてました。結論は、治りました。さすがですね。ただし匂いはキツイです。
