Good vitamins I trust this brand
Are these vitamins are good so far the soft palmetto is a generous amount but they are quite large so if you have trouble swallowing larger pills these might be a problem for you but they are gel capsules so they go down pretty easy

Damn I love this multivitamin but the heartburn is awful..I don’t know why this causes such bad heartburn..

Great vitamin!
While I run and generally stay pretty healthy, my body temp was constantly about 1.5 degrees low. Did blood tests that found nothing and doc wasn’t concerned, said it might be a vitamin deficiency. I tried another brand of vitamin first that was great, but it was over $1 per day to take.Since I take the liver supplement, I decided to try this one.So far, so good! I have more energy, my skin color actually looks better, and my body temp is back to normal. I take one with breakfast and one with dinner (it’s two pills per day).There are a few things to consider when purchasing. First, make sure you take with food like it says. If you don’t, you will burp the flavor of the vitamin, over and over. Not good!Next, be ready for your urine to turn neon yellow and smell like the vitamin.Finally, the pill is HUGE! It’s not hard for me to take, but I can imagine for certain people, it will be too much.Outside of that, this is a great vitamin and is a great value.

Ruined bottles
Since my return window closed on June 6 and I’m just opening these in June 14th, leaving this review may be the only way I can get a replacement. I’ve been reliably using this supplement for nearly two years and finally received one of the damaged bottles I’ve heard of. I purchased these in bulk with other NOW supps, so just got to this bottle. I thought I’d still use it, but decided something ‘fishy’ may have spoiled. And, they are very messy once opened. My palms are currently stained orange and I’ll have to work on my sink stains today. NOW, send me a new bottle!

Great Product
My husband loves these vitamins — they have a great ingredient list, are high quality and easy to swallow despite being a large capsule. Noticed an increase in energy and better overall sleep after switching to this brand from tablet versions of store brands. 10/10 recommend trying it — we use subscribe and save so we dont run out.

Softgels Preferred over the Adam Capsule Variant
I prefer these over the 3 per day capsule variant. The capsules had a strong smell/taste, whereas these are much more mild. They are also easier to swallow, as I am able to take both softgels at the same time rather than individually.They arrived intact, so hopefully the issue that others have faced with them bursting has been addressed.

I live in Japan, and they don’t sell anything like this stuff. Take two teaspoons a day, and you will never have a problem! The package works really well, but I removed the pour spout so I could get my teaspoon in easier. I take it every night with a small cup of water, but I can also have it in my tea, fruit juice, coffee, and any other drink. There is no flavor, so you can put it in anything and it will taste exactly the same! Hell you could even have a glass of wine it.

مازلت ما جربته ك دواء، لكن مبدأيا الحبوب وصلتني اغلبها مخرومهراح اجدد التقييم بعد فترهتعديل 2/22/2023الفيتامين ممتاز بصراحه للرجال ويفضل تاخد حبه واحده في اليوم وخلاص الا اذا فيك نقص فيتامينات معينه مكتوب تاخد حبتين في اليوم ، ايضا تابع مع الطبيب المختص.

効果ないと思って、やめたら疲労感をかなり感じるようになり再開。体調良し。効果あります。ただし尿が蛍光マーカーみたいな色になり匂いがキツくなります。カプセルのサイズは自分史上最大。
