Good Supplement but Maybe Too Potent
I’ve been using the Vitamin B-100 for a year now, and while I appreciate its benefits for energy production and nervous system health, it might be a bit too strong for some. The high potency of the vitamins can cause a visible flush to the toilet, which makes me feel like not everything is being fully absorbed.That said, the supplement does seem to work well in terms of boosting energy, and it’s a trusted brand that I’ve used before. Why did you pick this product vs others?:You will never go wrong buying a NOW product. I don’t know if it is a family owned business, but that might have something to do with it. I talk to nutritionists in health food stores, and they tell me NOW doesn’t use fillers like other vitamin companies.

Great Value and Quality Product
These are rather large capsules though the other brand I was taking was a caplet and just as large, and was over twice the cost on a per daily dose basis. No surprises on the dosing a serving for a day is One Capsule so the 250ct. Bottle is good to last over 8-months or 250-day supply of One Capsule daily doses. I had been purchasing a Nature Made B-100 product brand at a retail store in quantities of 60 caps and when I started to compare the active ingredients in these in mg per type of vitamin found that these are the exact same content, and much more economical in a days supply in comparison to purchasing the Nature Made brand at 60 count size. Have been taking these for over a month and am pleased with the change from Nature Made to this brand.

寝る前に飲むと、疲れが軽減されます。※こればかりは個人の感覚になると思います。ゴルフに行くと疲れますよね。お風呂の前に飲んで、帰りにサウナに行ってスカッとする。なんて事でしょう。筋肉痛が発生しません。色々要因があるとは思いますが、豚肉を1カプセル💊で飲んで終わらせたと思えば良いでしょう。小ネタ排尿がスゴい色とちょっとビタミン臭でます。肉体疲労時は何故か出ない。ので吸収されていると思いたいですね。
