I love this stuff. One dropper does the trick to help and stay asleep. I’ll take two if it’s okay for me to sleep in longer the next morning. The flavor before bed is a treat if you’re tracking calories and/or macros. Probably okay to take if you fast too since it has stevia, but need to check your blood sugar to know for sure.

Easily dissolved. No taste
Glutamine is important for digestive health in addition to fighting off viruses and bacteria. Naturally occurring glutamine can be found in meat and other animal products. I’ve had to cut back on my meat intake and found the Nu-ethix L-Glutamine powder. I’ve been using it for about 2 months now. I can’t really speak about any discernible results however I really like this powder because it’s clean, it’s finely milled so it dissolves easily and has no taste to it.
