Excellent product! My digestive system was a wreck and my MD suggested I try a probiotic.Based on reviews I tried this product and it is a tremendous help to me. IBS-D Usage
I have IBS-D, which came on after a stomach infection. Since then, I was suffering with awful gas, diarrhea, and cramping. After I did a round of rifaximin to clear out the bad bacteria of my stomach, I was better, but needed to heal my stomach more. I decided to try these digestive enzymes. What they help with the most, for me, is the breakdown of fats and lactose. These enzymes improve things significantly for me when I take one before each meal. Despite the fact that my stomach is still not back to being at 100%, when I take these in addition to a probiotic that works for me, my IBS-D is about 90% managed. I would buy them again.

They are the best I have ever tried, and they are so helpful with my G.E.R.D.S. and IBS along with Gluten sensitivities. I will try never to be without them, cause they are simply great! In the past I have had trouble taking Probiotics but these are really good and I can highly recommend them. Love them! Someone mentioned burning in stomach, perhaps because of Turmeric, I have same issue with Turmeric but I haven’t noticed any issues when I take these. If you want to take Turmeric try to buy the natural roots themselves I found that I can handle Tea made with the Roots (go figure) better than in Powder form. Many Stores are now selling them or you can easily grow them yourself I hear. Internet have recipes for Tea made with them! These along with drinking Aloe Juice and eating raw Ginger (Asian type (large bulbs) are a bit milder in flavor) is the very best for anyone with digestive issues. I take about a heaping tbsp. when I use it, experiment to see how much you need! I freeze them and shed them on a small shedder it is the easiest way to take it, and will quickly melt in your mouth w/o suffering with the sharp taste of Ginger too long. Just don’t take Aloe Juice (4 oz) at the same time as these as they will cause diarrhea, I usually take Aloe Juice in the morning and one of these before dinner and all OK. Also it is advisable to take a break for about a week once in a while (few months) for the Aloe Juice and many other supplements you take, use something else in that week to give your stomach a break and to regenerate itself, so you don’t get too dependent on anything to the point where you have to increase dosage in order to work properly, or not at all, remember too much of a good thing can be not so good in the long run! Use common sense thinking and don’t overdo anything is the best advise I can give anyone, more is not better, less is!

I can’t say enough about these Enzymes. I have been miserable everyday for years. I have suffered stomach cramps, bloating, nausea and either constipation or diarrhea everytime I eat. It’s something I feared or dreaded everytime I needed to eat. I had my gull bladder removed 15 years ago and have never been the same. I also have an upper hiatal hernia and IBS. I do not believe in taking Pharmaceuticals but have even considered it because of how much I suffered. And I’ve become malnourished and too thin. I began taking these supplements every time I eat and could not believe the results! There’s nothing they can do for the hernia, but I am literally shocked at how well they work! I am able to eat again and as long as I don’t overeat I have no bloating, nausea and have not had diarrhea or constipation since I started taking them. This truly has changed my life. I’ve began a good workout schedule again and feel better than I have in a long time. I have increased my food intake by at least double and have not gained weight but have been able to start building muscle. I used to say I have no metabolism, when I would just force my way through eating to try to get more nourishment I would pack on weight so quickly! I could steadily gain 2 pounds a week by eating half of what the average person eats and be miserable the entire time. I now eat a very healthy diet, 3 times a day and because my body is now able to break it down I have a metabolism again! I will never run out of these! I recommend them to everyone who has any kind of digestive problems, bowel issues or stomach issues in general! They truly have changed my life!!

Just repurchased!I LOVE these i take two a day, one in the morning and one at night.I struggle w digestion a lot (trouble burping) after eating.Or even sometimes after drinking carbonated beverages.This helps sooo much.
