I’ve been taking this supplement for about six weeks now, and I’m really pleased with the results. After about 2-3 weeks, I started feeling more steady and energized, and my blood pressure readings began trending down. Great Ingredients for Heart Health….But Is It Effective?
Very impressed with the ingredients Nutravive includes in this blood pressure nootropic: garlic, olive leaf and hawthorn berry have been shown to have positive effects on overall cardiovascular health. But truth be known, most folks seeking a heart health nootropic are looking for something that will help them to wean off of pharmaceutical heart and blood pressure meds.Nutravive’s blood pressure support supplement requires just one capsule per day (alongside some unnecessary fillers), and boasts a three-month supply. Maybe it takes more than several month’s usage in order to reap the full benefit, as I did not see my BP lower from my normal readings over a two-month period. I have seen some improvement when taking lipid supplements (like Omega-3’s in fish oils – from cod to krill), so maybe taken both would do the trick. Personally, the less pills (natural and prescription) I can take, the better for my liver, pancreas and kidneys.

I will have to wait to see how effective these are, but I wanted to try them out because my blood pressure was actually a little higher than usual at my last doctor visit. There’s a nice thoughtful variety of ingredients, so hopefully I will see some benefits, I don’t think it could hurt. The recommended use is one capsule 3 times per day, and I’d really rather just take something once in the morning, so I guess that’s why I deducted a star, but otherwise I have no problems with these at all. They’re just like any other capsule you’d expect, easy to swallow, no taste nor aftertaste, and no negative side effects to speak of so far. The packaging was good with all the necessary safety seals and everything looked impressive and trustworthy so I will take them with confidence. This is basically a 30 day supply and maybe on the pricier side it seems, but time will tell if they work for me. So far so good, and thank you for the opportunity to try them.
