No side effects with this ashwagandha. The pills don’t have a strong smell and are easy to swallow. After a few weeks, I’ve definitely felt less stressed and helped me go to sleep faster. Good quality product here.

Miracle pill for anxiety
I used to take Ashwagandha a year or so ago and stopped because I never really noticed anything significant. So about 3 -4 months ago I was experiencing anxiety/mini panic attacks during the day during a very stressful period in my life. I figured maybe I should start back up on Ashwagandha and see if that will help. I started taking 1 capsule in the morning. That’s all it took. Let me tell you, the difference is like night and day. Gone almost instantly is the anxiety that I was experiencing and I’m definitely calmer. This is a miracle in a bottle. I don’t’ think I’ll ever quit taking it ever again.

Amazing benefits and noticeable effects in daily use
This Nutricost Ashwagandha has been amazing for energy, motivation, and mood boost with no noticeable side effects. The taste is a bit weird but manageable. I’ve experimented with timing – before bed definitely improves sleep and waking up, while morning doses improve overall focus and performance throughout the day. However, after extended use I feel a bit emotionally numb, so it’s great to use but needs periodic breaks. I take 2-3 week breaks then continue – this works perfectly when used intermittently. Always going to keep this in my supplement rotation with proper cycling.

Update after 4 months of consistent use
I’ve been taking this supplement for 4 months and I do have to say I haven’t had a panic attack in a long time. I generally feel calmer and less anxious. I’ve been on anxiety medications for 4 years yet still experienced panic attacks and waking up feeling uneasy. Ever since using this product, combined with some other supplements for mood regulation, I would say this stuff works. As for sleep I do take the supplement at night but I still have trouble falling sleep, but I’ve always have so I’d didn’t expect it to magically fix that. Libido hasn’t changed, still low due to the medications I’m on. I do find it helps a lot for working out and athletic performance. My stamina has increased and overall endurance. I don’t think it’s a placebo, I’ve genuinely have tried many products and prescription medications and I’ve never felt more at ease in my life than now. I’m excited to see how things go as I continue to use this product. To be fair, the effect isn’t going to be some life changing effect, but you will slowly notice the effects and when you reflect on your overall stress levels you’ll find that you are happier and calmer, for me at least. As for testosterone levels I have no idea I haven’t had my levels checked. But overall reccomend! Stick to it and take it everyday and you’ll see improvement!

I started taking Ashwagandha to help with stress and overall balance, and I’ve really noticed a difference.
