Even though the science on BCAA supplements is inconclusive, I’ve personally noticed a real difference in my performance and recovery after long bike rides. My legs feel less sore, my post-ride recovery is smoother, and even my sleep seems to improve. It also allows me to ride faster and longer and seems to improve my cycling power. Maybe it’s a placebo effect—but honestly, I don’t care because it works! There are no negative side effects, and I feel better after using it. If you’re looking for something to aid recovery and enhance performance, it’s definitely worth trying.

Seriously such a great product. I have been taking it for around a month, and I have noticed extreme improvement with my muscle recovery and soreness. Maybe I am just getting stronger… but I seriously believe this product is doing most of the work! The container is also huge and will last a long time – so good bang for your buck!

Ca fait ce que les BCAA sont supposé de faire , pas plus pas moins ! 33$ pour 500 comprimés est un excellent prix. Par contre selon les instructions il faut seulement en prendre 2 par jours ce qui ne donnerait rien dutout , ca en prend au moins 5000mg par jours les journées d’entrainement et 3000mg les journée de repos ,donc 10 comprimés ou 6 comprimés. Moi je les prend en pre-workout ca reduit l’effet catabolique (fatigue) et aide a la recupération apres le W-O.
