Purchased this in Nov, 2016. 500 count size..Been using this product continuously since that date. FYI: 1 capsule of 200mg = 2 cups of Coffee.Prior to purchase: I was looking for something more cost economical and long lasting vs coffee and energy drinks. First off, I’m male, 5’9″ 30’s and weight 180lbs~ and have a mid- moderate/high tolerance to caffeine. Sodas like coca cola did nothing for me caffeine wise. I’ve tried various Teas, 5 hour energy, Monster which had no effect on me. NOS, Rockstar, Red bull, and coffees worked but caused me to crash mid day 4-5 hours in. If your tolerance is lower u may want the 100 mg capsules. I prior to taking this, had problems staying asleep so i can’t comment whether this will give you insomnia, however because I only take this product in the morning when i wake up it should not be a factor because the therapeutic effects should have worn off by then.First impressions:I took 1 capsule after waking up and noticed the effects occur about 20-30min post ingestion. Fatigue gradually lifted, there was no headaches, which some people swear they need to feel to know its working. No bowel movement associated with coffee. I went to work and the duration lasted 12~ hours; no crash, minimal fatigue and excess energy. As an experiment, I took one on a day off an lounged around the majority of the day. Some how prior to the effects kicking in, i managed to fall back asleep and woke up suddenly wide eyed noting that my body temperature was elevated and heart rate slightly increased. I quickly started rapidly walking around burning off excess energy till my heart rate returned to normal (couple minutes).At 1-3 Month:Initial impressions are still valid..I stopped taking them on days off and noticed I slept much more to rebalance the missed sleep equilibrium.I’ve noticed that I was awake but this did not really affect focus beyond the norm. I noticed minimal Fatigue from time to time after mentally trying days. Told my friends I was on these and gave one of them some to try out; he reported they worked well too.6 month-1yrMost days the product was enough as indicated. Yet Day after day of work, Some days were trying. I Noticed sometimes I would some times go into an Automatic Mode like Adam Sander did from that movie Click. I was awake to just do what was required of me (general indifference). I started bringing a back up coffee just in case with me. On a couple of my days off, I slept 6+ hours to make up lost sleep.Today 04/26/2018 IE (1.5yr~)I still take 1 in the morning. Sometimes i top it off with some coffee, or in the afternoon. The 12 hour effects/ excess energy are still there. I have not experience any negative side effects since that initial experiment. I personally think I’m missing sleep which is causing my primary problems and this capsule can only negate so much before it seems like its not working.. I don’t think my tolerance to caffeine has increased. Most of the time 85% these are still enough to get me through the day. Looking back, sometimes I wish I had tablets so I could take half a tablet instead of the full dosage, but these are capsules so i can’t do that.Pros: No Headaches, Works 12 hours+, No crash, Cheap $0.035/capsule. Negates missed sleep. Excess energy. Get Stuff Done!Cons: Wakes you up but minimal effect on Focus beyond awake alertness. Capsules can’t be cut in half like tablets. Negative stereotypes regarding pep pills.. Insomnia?? idk..I’d still recommend these, they work and the side effects are minimal..

I recently switched from coffee and energy drinks to these. I’m saving a ridiculous amount of money. They have just as much caffeine as a monster in a single dose. I’m also saving myself from all the weird ingredients and additives and sugar. I toss a few in my wallet to get me through the workday. They’re convenient, strong, provide energy, provide focus, improve mood, and are a great alternative to coffee and energy drinks.

These are worth it. Started using them because I didn’t want to keep falling asleep in class and coffee does not work for me. It upsets my stomach and doesn’t really wake me up unless I take a triple shot espresso.These work fairly quickly, don’t upset my stomach, and one pill gets me locked in. Unfortunately, the natural downsides of caffeine come but that’s just because it’s doing what it’s supposed to do. Those are feelings of some anxiety and I tend not to fall asleep until 2-3am if I take them midday (whereas I can sleep naturally with coffee). This is a fair tradeoff to me because I’m taking them for the energy I need during the day and my best guard is to just have better broad sleep habits so I need this emergency pill less often.I was up late last night after a midday pill and thought, “these are so consistently effective that I need to write a review at this point.”

Great value, quality caffeine
I still enjoy coffee, and I do like the taste, but most days I prefer start with two of these 200mg capsules at 6am – that’s one dose of 400mg, which keeps me going all day, no jitters, and I fall asleep at 10pm. Please be aware of consuming any other foods, energy drinks, or products that contain caffeine while using this product. I limit total daily intake to 400mg.

I’m a second year university student and during exam season I lived off of these. I took one every morning and it seemed to work just fine. I’d say the quantity of pills is worth it for the price because I’m pretty sure I can eat one every morning for the next two years of my undergrad. These replaced buying coffee every morning.

looks clean and I think yeah its got some filler if you look at the ingredients and what not but it does the job for making my own preworkout. Im not a caffeine junkie i think the preworkouts out there are too much caffeine and not enough of the good stuff like citrulline so these pills have really helped plus sometimes, i dont want any caffeine. the bottle looks nice and you get a ton of it. im sensitive so i twist the capsules off and pour the powder into something. 1 capsule makes about 0.44grams so 0.22g for 100mg caffeine is enough for me and should last quite a while
