After taking it for a week, I can say it works perfectly without side effects. Once a capsule is taken, there is no desire or need for coffee or energy drinks.

These are excellent. Very convenient and not synthetic. Two pills give me good energy for several hours afterward. I can’t recommend these enough. Try to stock up on your supplements during the cooler months of the year, might preserve the potency of the product.

These are good value. I don’t take them usually as a capsule but normally if I make a smoothie,I will cut them open and dump in for some of my extra caffeine fix if I don’t drink coffee or an energy drink that day. They are 200 mg so it’s comparable to like a Celsius.
