Solid Acidophilus Probiotic at a good price
I haven’t used it long enough to notice any major issues, but so far so good. I use Probiotics daily to help increase the gut flora in my G.I. system. I just function better when I’m taking a daily probiotic. I usually use Culturelle but it’s good to rotate different probiotic strains in so your stomach gets exposed to different beneficial strains. Culturelle doesn’t have Acidophilus so this Probiotic Complex from Nutricost is a good blend of strains I have not been taking.I find because I stay fairly low carb that I need probiotics to help me in the bathroom. When you’re not eating as much starchy stuff you can slow down digestion. Just adding in a probiotic can fix that.This is a great price for a 60-day supply. Nutricost is a brand I trust. If you want to put yourself on a 2-month run with an Acidophilus strain you can’t go wrong here. As I said, you should rotate what strains you take throughout the year just so your body gets exposed to a little bit of everything when it comes to beneficial bacteria.

Came with only 48 capsules, supposed to have been 60…still gave it three stars because I like the brand and these probiotics work..
