Effective supplement at a great price
I’ve used numerous supplements with melatonin. None have been effective as the Nutricost Sleep Aid Complex. I definitely sleep faster and wake up more rested vs not taking this supplement. Even though the dosage is three pills, I’ve gotten good sleep with two so that makes it even more cost effective.

Amazon is not giving me refund, I am not going to still taking this supplement anymore and i am not going to buy anything for this brand either.. the provider does not care about this.This suplement is horrible, After I took 1 pill it gave me a headache… it helps you to sleep but the worst part is when you wake up because you are still with headache and the rest of your day you are dizzy or feeling tired.. I tried for 3 days and it was enoughI thought was only me but I gave one pill to my husband and He said he was feeling sick all day, I dont know what’s going on but it’s horrible, don’t buy it !!

Seems to work. Does not make me feel drugged or drowsy. I do fall asleep about one hour after taking.

Works really well. One member of the household takes the recommended dose and another only needs to take one or two to get results. Both say they work very well.

Wonderful product
This product really does work well. Possibly better than some of my prescription alternatives. Perfect combination of ingredients that works wonderfully without a hangover. I’m not sure about tolerance with his product because I’ve just recently switched to this product.

Real food, avoiding alcohol and setting up a good bedtime routine is far more effective.
I would not buy this again. While using this product, my sleep quality was less than ideal on most nights. Some nights were far from optimal. Perhaps taking this product with food would be helpful? However I started fasting 4-5 hours after my last meal of the day, so this would not work for me, even if it improves the effectiveness of the product.

I have some problems with sleep especially difficult falling asleep. Thieve pills made the opposite effect for me – I became anxious and couldn’t sleep till morning. I tried them several times during several month and never helped me

This product did not work. I had vivid nightmares. I felt queasy and nauseous right before falling asleep. I do not recommend it all.
