Vitamin D seems to be, at least for me, one of those supplements that I don’t notice when it works and feel sluggish when I forget to take them.The gel caps are easy to swallow. They seem to hold up and don’t seem to clump or get sticky like others I’ve used.I’ll buy these again – they seem to be a good value.
