My husband suggested that we start taking Ashwagandha, but I’m normally the one to research and purchase. What drew me to the Nutriflair product on Amazon was the potency and the fact that the product was organic. Both of us take it daily, and LOVE it. I can tell the difference in my stress and overall I just feel better. We buy our organic supplements usually from Amazon, Whole Foods or Costco. We found a brand that we like at Costco that now also sells Ashwagandha, but the price was higher, potency lower, quantity lower and not organic. This is our first experience with the Nutriflair brand.

Great natural product for well-being
I was looking for something to help with mood and overall health and well-being without being harsh on my body. I wanted to try something natural that would help me with stress management. This product has definitely helped me. It is so easy to use without weird chemicals, bad taste, or side effects. It gives me a general sense of well-being and has helped me maintain a feeling of stability. I do not offer health advice, as I am not qualified, but what I can do is share my experience, and that is that I have been on antidepressants and anti-anxiety meds for many years and have wanted to taper off that dependency. I bought this product with an open mind to see if it would help me out, and honestly, it has exceeded my expectations. So for me personally, this is the way to go. I feel well, I feel healthy, and I like getting that sense of well-being from a source that is organic and all natural. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this product and will definitely continue to use it.

The first time I took the pills. I felt an immediate calmness within 15-30 mins (I was also very stress the first time I used it). I’m not sure if it was a placebo affect, but I continued to use it. I’ve used it for more than 30 days and it’s hard for me to say if it has actually been beneficial. Before buying a bottle, I did a little research on ashwagandha and there’s supposed to be many positive benefits, like what it says on the bottle and increase muscle mass/strength, reduce inflammation, etc. However, I’ve been ingesting these pills while also being very active and eating healthy. So, again, it’s hard for me to say that it was this that caused “X,Y, and Z.” However, I like to believe that it works. Also, because that first time when I felt that immediate calmness I figured it had to do something. Maybe my body has adjusted to the dosage and I don’t get a great of a “kick” out of it. I’m not sure. In addition, many of the benefits are supposed to take 30-60 days of consistent usage.Also, just an FYI, it’s two (2) pills which equal 1300 mg (when I bought it, I thought it was one pill) so a bottle has 60 dosage. From what I’ve researched, our body doesn’t need more than that amount. But of course, everyone is different.I’m giving it a 4/5 based on the fact that I like to believe it’s helping me, but I’m not 100% positive that it is…Also, I’m writing this review to get a free bottle.

This is a good stuff.
I was looking for something natural to use for stress, I bought another brand and ended up not liking it, I went to the reviews and this one had good ones and good price, along with other things I was looking for on it. I went to a major stressful “ time “ and this really helped me to manage it. I can sleep with this supplements and that was something almost impossible for me. I give this to my teenage daughter to relieve stress and depression in a healthy way. I knew I didn’t want to give her any bad things or prescription drug, so I started doing some research and found this and I am so glad I did. It took me to try two other brands and I am really pleased with this one. This one doesn’t make me sick and I feel it’s strong enough.I only give half the dose to my daughter and an advise I can give you, drink this at night, I drink it at least 20, 30 before I want to go sleep because you will go to sleep when you drink it. I recommend this product and I will keep buying. Thank you.

Energy Booster and Good value for money
I know well the benefits of Ashwagandha so I ordered this one bottle every 2 months. I don’t know if this helps me with the sleep but does boost my energy. I usually take it in the morning and feel active all day. I remember some days when my coworkers didn’t show up to work I could push myself to work 25-26 hours straight without sleeping because of this Ashwagandha. Great product and of course great value for money.

Great Natural Sleep/Anxiety Aid
I have an anxiety desorder that I have been able to keep in check with full body massage and a plant based whole food lifestyle. Resently though, I have to move to another state and with the stress that comes with it I wasn’t able to sleep more than 3 hours and the anxiety started to spike up. It was then when I started to look for a natural supplement to help to keep calm and help me to have full night of sleep. I read about ashwaghanda and how it helps with its calming effects so I bought it and tried it… The effects were noticeable very quickly. I was sleeping well 6 to 8 hrs with its very soothing effects and during the day it gave me lots of energy. A couple of times I forgot to take it and I noticed I would wake up after 4 to 5 hrs of sleep. I truly like this product and I prefer it rather than the anxiety medication I used to take.

I have been experiencing some anxiety for the last few months and i heard from an utuber that she uses this during her prep time for bodybuilding because she get anxious. SO i decided to give it a try, It has been working very very good for me. If i don’t take it or take it on a full stomach i get sick but i take it on an empty stomach each morning and it does wonder for me for the entire day. I bought this product about a month and half ago now and although it may not be the absolute reason for the changes ive noticed within this time frame, i am sure that its helped.I am usually someone who doesn’t deal with stress, whether physical or mental, as well as i’d like. Since taking this product, my clarity of mind is much better and my mind chatter has dampened significantly.I am also noticing that i am less tired, even when i dont have my usual 8 hours sleep and i am recovering very well from my physical training. I also feel strangely more motivated.I’d recommend this product if you’re looking for what i and others are reviewing as a result of taking ashwagandha.

Bought them and start having them for a month. I start experiencing dizziness sensations that disappear once I stopped taking these pills.Potentially had more energy but the side effects were undesirable.
