Tasty and convenient
TL;DR: these are pretty great and incredibly convenient. I’d recommend giving them a shot!I ordered these after discovering another brand of effervescent electrolyte tablets– their flavor was awesome and I loved the convenience of a fizzy tablet, but they cost twice as much as these (the only way I could justify getting them in the first place was finding them at a significant discount.)Though a far cry from athletic, I’ve found I benefit from electrolyte supplements (most notably with mental clarity and energy level) and I really wanted an easy way to get extra electrolytes in a way that my novelty-seeking brain will actually remember to include in a routine, which means flavor is important– I’ve tried flavorless drops and I don’t remember to use them on a regular basis because it’s not an enjoyable thing for me. I need flavor!When I found these, I was half-expecting to find the flavors disappointing in comparison with the other brand, but I figured I’d give them a shot and just chug them if needed.I got the 6-flavor variety pack to see which flavors were most ‘tolerable,’ and when I received them I was disappointed to find that the box seal had been removed and there were only 4 flavors in it (two had duplicates.) I contacted customer service and the Amazon rep ordered a replacement and told me I didn’t have to return the ‘oops.’ Having not tried them yet, now I was REALLY hoping I’d find at least one of the flavors tolerable (as I’d now have a large supply of them, heh!)To my delighted surprise, I enjoy these just as much as I liked the more expensive brand. So far I’ve tried the two flavors I received duplicates of (fruit punch and lemon lime,) and I enjoy both– of all the flavors, lemon lime was the one I anticipated being the worst as I don’t usually like it anyway, but it’s actually pretty good!They do taste like electrolyte supplement drinks– not downright salty, but certainly a purposeful drink instead of a purely pleasureful one. That said, I think they’re pretty great.I appreciate the bottles, too; I can easily take them along with me and the tablets come out without a struggle (but they also don’t all come tumpling out at once.) They are larger tablets, both diameter- and thickness-wise, so keep in mind you’ll not be able to just plunk one into a disposable water bottle without breaking it into pieces first. For a wider bottle or a glass/tumbler though, they drop straight in and dissolve pretty quickly.Based on the flavors I’ve tried so far, I definitely anticipate keeping my subscription to the variety pack (instead of picking a flavor I find ‘most tolerable’ as I originally thought I might have to) and dont think I’ll have any issue remembering to drink them routinely, as I enjoy them!

Work as desired for heavy workouts
I like the watermelon flavor a lot. I tried the lemon-lime and found out it didn’t agree with me. I’d suggest trying just one bottle of tablets directly from a store first, if you can. Flavors are so specific to a person that what one person likes, another hates. Happy to find these in boxes of 4 on Amazon. These are a basic electrolyte with a bare minimum of sugar and no caffeine. They work well for me on heavy workouts and longer runs. The price is right – not as expensive as some other more highly advertised brands.These also work for me when traveling. I break a couple of tablets in half and use half in my water bottle on very long flights. The tablets are a lot easier to pack than powders. Less messy. No TSA issues. Perfect for keeping up with my running or gym workouts on vacation.

I really enjoy NUUN tablets. The variety of flavors is great and I even like the ones with caffeine. My daughter was struggling with migraines especially during physical education so I decided to have her try NUUN for extra hydration. Since then I have noticed a huge difference. She does not complain nearly as much about headaches and it is clear that staying hydrated has helped. Hydration is key and NUUN makes it easy and enjoyable.

Perfect for travel or hard labor
These are my favorite electrolyte enhancements. I find that many brands are too salty for my taste and this is perfect. I tend to add it with a Crystal Light to 24oz of water. By itself, as instructed isn’t as flavorful as I prefer. I love that they are tablets and in the tube – perfect for travel (easy to pack and doesn’t get powder everywhere).

I was on vacation and went on a hike and started feeling unwell. One of the guides gave me a tablet to put in my water and I started feeling much better within a few minutes. I now use these when I go on a hike and haven’t had any problems, love the taste.

Great for using on a tropical vacation
We use these when we go on a tropical vacation. These work really well for helping to not get swollen fingers and feet. My brother was not feeling well due to the heat on our last vacation and we gave him some of these. He said they really worked. They are easy to transport since they are in tablet form and they dissolve really well too.

Great hydration!
These work great for replenishing electrolytes. I purchased these for my husband who works outside in Florida, it’s a challenge trying to find something to keep him hydrated. The only problem is the taste is lacking so he mixes it with other drink mixes to make it taste better, and he says that it has a medicine after taste. I didn’t experience the medicine after taste but I try them and they are a little lacking in the flavor area. They mix great unless the water is cold, if the water is cold it takes a little while for them to dissolve.
