Day 1 PERIOD STARTED! Plus sized, PCOS.
I gotta say that I am very surprised by these I’m 310 pounds my height is 5’4 and I take a lot of medications. I have had PCOS for many years as long as I can remember I go times without a period for five months to eight months. I took this within day one I had my period not even joking. It was the weirdest thing I have ever experienced but yet here I am very pleased. I haven’t had any hormone changes, any crying outbursts, or problems down there, I am very shocked. I had my period on day one but then yet again not really shocked because you never know nowadays what’s in stuff and what can cause stuff to happen they are very easy to swallow. They are decent size pretty large, but it’s very easy to swallow and I am normally very scared to swallow large pills but they go down very easily when you do it one at a time there is a taste, but it’s not a bad taste. I can’t really describe it besides not bad I’ve been taking them every day along with my other medication and there hasn’t been any side effects the functionality I’m not really sure how to describe that besides, I really like the container and how easy it is to open and get the pills Out. There is no smell at all, and I can’t really say if they help with sleep or not, but I have noticed that I have been sleeping more, but was someone with PCOS and they don’t have periods for it to happen. Literally on day one shook me straight, shook me. I had this weird stomach feeling like I started to get bloated and then from there I got a couple cramps and it was just midday I went to the bathroom and boom! I couldn’t believe it now I’m not saying this will happen to you or the next girl but I’m hoping it does if you have a problem with having a period with PCOS or anything else might solve issues might not solve issues but all I know is what it’s been happening with me and what happened on day one shook !!! Plus I have to add. I know this is too much information, but I do not take birth control pills at all or any form of birth control, I know they say that it helps regulate your period but I’ve been trying to go as natural as I can, even though it’s very hard to do nowadays when you have to have other medications like controlled substances or antidepressants. I hope this helps and to be honest if you’re a big girl and you have or just have PCOS in general and you’ve been missing periods for an extended amount of time or you’re not on birth control control of some kind and you’re missing periods and you’re not pregnant I really do suggest that you try it Even if it’s just for a month because straight shook when it said side effects start around 3 to 4 months no not with me. Wow a supplement that actually works
I am super skeptical of supplements. This isn’t a paid review and it’s a review from someone who used this product for 6+ months – stopped for awhile – and then started taking it again bc I genuinely noticed a difference! If you google the ingredients separately, they are all scientifically shown to help with PMS/sugar control/etc so that’s why I originally bought it. I have really good skin EXCEPT almost like clock work the week before my period I’d get 1 small pimple, almost in the exact same spot every month lol. This product has single handily gotten rid of my pre-period pimple! I also noticed that when I take it I feel less bloated, less moody & my weight is able to stabilize easier. Obviously at the end of the day losing weight is about diet/exercise I just notice the weight seems to fall a bit faster/easier when I take this & diet VS just dieting alone. I never get cramps anymore (but mine weren’t super bad at all to begin with, but it got rid of what little I had).I really did notice a difference when I stopped taking it because the week before my period I’d be more moody, more bloated & have worse skin. I’m annoyed this works because now I have to buy it every month lol

Helps me with perimenopausal symptoms
So, first off, as a girl 0f 43 fixing to be 44, I am perimenopausal. My Gyn recommended that I try Flo for emotional help mostly, so I wouldn’t have to continue trying different anti-depressants. The several that I have tried did not work and actually did the opposite of make me feel better mentally. I have been taking Flo for 5 months now and I like them.I didn’t realize that they were working for the emotional part until I skipped several days. After skipping a couple of days in a row, the rage and crying came back. Now, I’m not saying this is a replacement for any kind of antidepressant, but it does seem to help me with the crazy mood swings that come out of nowhere at completely random times. Crying to extreme rage and everything in between. It’s ridiculous and I feel like I’m losing my mind sometimes.I started by taking only 2 per day for about a month because I read that they caused headaches for some, and I didn’t want to deal with that. I now and have been taking 3 per day for a while. I do take them with food, and I try to take them at the same time each day in the middle of the day with lunch.The main thing I noticed first was that the monthly bloating was completely gone and hasn’t returned since about the second week of taking them. I also noticed that my insane sweet tooth had disappeared. Both of these things of course helped me lose a little weight! So that’s a bonus!! I am hoping that as I continue to take them, they will continue to help me get through this stage of my life.
