It’s been 11 days since I started taking the pills. Just as the packaging says, 1 time a day. I take it every day in the morning. In just 1 week I managed to lose 5 pounds. I don’t know if it’s a placebo effect or what. But it has helped me a lot to control myself, I am now able to wait calmly for dinner at 6pm without snacking all afternoon. Obviously the pills are not magic and I have also done my part. I have been eating healthier, more vegetables less rice and pasta. Zero sodas, juices, cocktails or beers. The only side effect I experienced was the first day, a really small faint headache, but that’s about it. Really happy, just purchased my next bottle to have in stock and ready

02/20/2025 update… I usually receive the one’s with the white powder and it works fine…however my last two orders I’ve received these with the brownish powder, they isn’t working at all. No type of decrease in cravings. They need to bring the white powder back.Ok so i started back taking these craving pills… What i noticed for me taking 2 of these once a day in the morning time tho…these pills have you not eating, full of energy, no sweet tooth, no hunger pain, no jitters… You will have to force yourself to eat. This feeling last all day even at night so don’t take two too late in the morning. I didn’t have any hunger pain or needing to eat when i woke up. You might want to eat before taking it or right after because you will not have the taste for any food. I take addaral but i didn’t need to take it after taking two of these olly supplements. I take one olly at 8a.m and take another at 10a.m it last alllllll day even at night. I might need to take it earlier in the morning because it was kinda hard to fall asleep lol.Update: After taking the combat craving for a few months now i did noticed they was no longer working how they worked in the beginning. I stopped buying them, They’re not for long term. I will buy more once they are all the way out my system just to get the affects they had on me in the beginning. If i have to stop and repeat i will keep doing it because they do work for short term.Well if you don’t want to eat all day…. Buy these however there’s side effects. Headaches due to no food in your body but once you force food down the headaches goes away slowly. A little stomach cramps but not much that’ll go away after drinking more water. My monthly is going off it doesn’t cause me to bleed more nope. First day I took the pill I had laid down, after awhile I got this dizzy spell or a feeling like get up. Lol but yea these pills I highly recommend I will buy more. Doesn’t give me the jitters. Good to go! Oh and it makes you have a po feeling first day I went second day no po.

OMG These Work!
I used to be a retail store manager so I couldn’t eat and work at the same time and I usually worked thru lunches and breaks. Now I’m an office supervisor and can eat anytime I want so I’ve gained some weight and can’t seem to slow down my cravings. Therefor I started looking for a little help. I read the reviews on this product and wasnt going to get this but for around $1 a day, it was worth trying (I take 2).The first day I took it I wasnt impressed and thought I wasted my money because I still felt hungry and nothing seemed to change. I was going to continue to take them because I bought them so I might as well.On the 4th day tho, I noticed that I didn’t have any kind of snacks the 2 nights before and honestly didn’t even think about having one. Seemed like I just needed 24hrs for this to get thru my system.I’ve been taking these almost 2 weeks now and it seems that each day I take them, I eat less and less. Here it is 7pm at night and I’ve barely ate anything today (1/4cp cottage cheese and a few slices of ham) and I’m still not hungry.My food choices even seem to be getting better. I’m “craving” water over soda, I want fruit over a donut. It’s weird how things are slowly changing. Just this morning my husband bought me home my favorite donut….maple glazed, and it didn’t even sound appealing. It sat on the table for 6hrs before my son ate it.I personally don’t “feel” anything when I take these. I don’t feel jittery, nervous, hyper, sleepy, nausea, or any of those other things pills can do to you.Update: These have been working so well, I’ve lost 7lbs in the last month. My coworkers noticed I’m losing weight and asked how. Needless to say, I now have 8 people at work also using this pills and it’s working for them as well!

Works well but slightly pricey
I was looking for something to combat cravings, and the phrase is right there in the product name! These did seem to help me cut out snacking and have some extra energy, with no side effects. Pills were easy to swallow and no aftertaste. But compared to more generic green tea pills, I don’t know if I see much of a difference, so although I don’t regret the purchase I’d probably just get plain green tea pills in the future.
