Makes your ‘zen’ and sleepy in my experience
I will definitely say these made a change in my demeanor but I wouldn’t say it ‘calmed’ me down. They mainly made me sleepy all the time and when it came time for bed I wasn’t sleepy anymore which sucked. I would recommend if you are looking to be more ‘zen’ but I can’t say they did anything for me

I’ve been popping OLLY Ultra Strength Goodbye Stress gummies like they’re tiny little peace treaties for my brain—and honestly, they work surprisingly well. Within about 30 minutes, I feel the edge smooth out like Lucy from Peanuts decided to shut down her psychiatric booth and take a spa day instead.The taste is great (kind of a fruity-herbal vibe), and they don’t leave a weird aftertaste like some other supplements. The combination of GABA, L-Theanine, and lemon balm actually does something—like Lucy not pulling the football away for once and letting you kick your way into calm.Why not 5 stars? I wish the effects lasted just a little longer. It’s more of a “moment of zen” than an all-day solution. I’m a high-anxiety person and these help a lot. I take them after work/while going to fix dinner because they do make me a little sleepy (not like ‘melatonin sleepy’ but enough to be noticeable) and if I don’t eat something with them, they do make me a little nauseated (but most pills do that, even vitamin D or Biotin).There’s no weird funky chemical smells or tastes, it honestly smells like some sort of generic ‘mixed berry’ vitamin gummy, but there’s zero taste to me, and they are tiny compared to say, a normal multi-vitamin. I had been taking separate pills for some of the ingredients, this only had added lemon balm, and the strength of everything was a little lower than what I was taking before, but there’s no difference in how much better I feel when I take them.It’s not an ‘instant’ thing though, you can’t take these halfway through a panic attack and expect them to halt it. But taking them daily for about a week, I was less anxious while working or while out in public, and less stressed during the day in general. I’d recommend at least giving them a try if you’re interested, but I’d also recommend checking prices and if you can find them on a sale, it’s worth stocking up a few bottles because they are quite expensive.

Did not work for me
I love Olly, and I use their probiotics and women’s multi-vitamin. This one did not work for me. I’m not saying it doesn’t work, it just didn’t work for me. It made my anxiety worse. The taste is good, and I really wanted it to work! Hopefully others will have better results.

Not a 30 day supply and have me intrusive thoughts
I needed something to help manage stress by reducing cholesterol. When I get stressed, my body gets super puffy and I suddenly have a hanging gut. So I bought these. Tried them for 5 days and I upped the dose to 2 pills, 3 times per day after studying how much of the active ingredients in the product were needed to make a difference. 1, 2 pill serving a day is not sufficient to make a real difference which is probably why the directions say “take 2 soft gels with water as needed…” as opposed to “take 2 soft gels with water once daily.” This is not a once a day product. You have to take it multiple times throughout the day to really benefit from it which also means this is not a 30 day supply but more like a 10-15 day supply if you take it religiously. I took each dose at morning, noon, and at night 45 minutes before bed. Although it did produce a calming effect each time I took a dose, the night dose was not a good experience. I’d peacefully fall into a sound nights sleep but would wake up feeling very heavy and anxious. I’d have intrusive thoughts each morning and rather than smoothly moving through my morning routine, it caused me to feel like I was trudging through mud. Just walking in the mornings felt dreadful. Prior to taking these pills, I could wake up easily and would be at ease about the morning. Since taking these at night, I’d wake up when the alarm went off but my mind wouldn’t be clear.I don’t recommend.
