Good choice
First, the top does come off too easily so I just pocked through the aluminum layer wide enough for the tablets to come out, carefully of course, and kept the label on the body of the bottle.Second, somewhere on my second bottle I started noticing my hair grow longer than it’s been able to. I was trying to figure out why it was starting to grow when I hadn’t done anything different or used any products/oils, then I remembered I’ve started taking these vitamins. That’s the only difference I’ve noticed so far, my nails have always been short and break off easily, that hasn’t changed. Will update after third bottle, as I think one should expect to use three bottles before seeing any major differences. Not from my personal opinion, but a discussion about vitamins I was present for.

These multivitamins helped to improve hair, nails and overall wellness over time. Have been using them for more than a year now. Easy to digest but for me, the first 2 days of taking them they were not gentle on my stomach. After that, it has been smooth.I find them to be one of the better multivitamins I have taken to date and have good results. No taste so can be taken with water or with juice.
