I don’t have to swallow anything!
As someone with HUGE tonsils, I hate having to swallow more supplements, powders, pills than I have to. Finding skin patches has been a dream come true for me! Perfect for gastric surgery patients!
My doctor recommended me to use these patches. I had a gastric surgery 5 years ago and taking multiple pills to get my vitamins in as needed made me sick at my stomach. These have been a life saver to me in getting the vitamins that my body needs. Also, those who have had a weight loss surgery don’t absorb nutrients as well, therefore these are a great way to get vitamins in without taking a ton of pills and worrying about not absorbing half of them you take. Super easy to use, and for the price, the amount of patches in box is worth it!

I couldn’t tell you if my body feel energized as its only been a couple of weeks but the reason for only 3 stars is because the adhesive. It did not stay on for the full 8 hrs it only stuck for 2 and then it fell off.

These patches are fantastic! This makes getting in your D3, K2, and Calcium so easy! The patches are so easy to wear and forget about! The patches go on easily- you peel from the package and apply to your body. I applied it to my arm since that was convenient and covered up. They stick well to your skin and are even waterproof, so you don’t have to worry about sweat or a shower loosening them. This is such a convenient way to get in your vitamins!

I like the ease of a patch and I tolerate these better than a pill taken internally. When I go back to the Dr for blood work I will update on how they work. They also stick well if I put them on first thing after a shower.

I really like the convenience of using these pads! I was using a liquid D3 + K2 supplement, but I like the patch system better!The patches are easy to apply and are easily removed! I apply my patch after my morning shower and I remove it before my evening shower.
