Herb and olive oil body scrub

The wonderful smell of this energising and refreshing scrub will transport you to a Mediterranean forest.

Use a coffee grinder to grind the lavender flowers, thyme leaves and sage leaves. Pick over the sprigs first to remove the woody stems. Fresh lavender or rosemary flowers you have gathered would also be perfect here.

Mix the oils, then add the essential oils, salt and your ground herbs. Use the scrub and enjoy its scent!
