Exceeded my expectations

Much needed
As you know, with age your body decides to fall apart and you can’t remember anything. For me, this supplement has helped me feel better about myself, helps me remember anything, and I can focus better. I can also say, the way I realized it helps me remember things, is when your on the supplement for a few months straight then you have to wait a couple weeks to get another bottle and let me tell you I start forgetting again and having the biggest brain fog. Also, I know I’m capable of talking intelligent but when I take lions mane mushroom, I start even speaking better with a bigger vocabulary. Maybe it’s all in my head but I have proved to myself how well this mushroom can help me through day to day life and task.

I take this to help with cognitive functions (mental clarity, focus, memory recall)I do this in stages. I will take an entire bottle then take a break for approx 4 weeks (on – off schedule)I take this in combination with reishi mushroom and I do notice my memory getting better (being able to do things without having to write them down) memory recall improves but mostly the biggest thing i notice is focus.I can focus on projects and not get sidetracked or loose motivation because im tired. It really helps with keeping mental energy up. My brain doesn’t get as tired fast. My thinking/solution finding is faster also.For me these are very effective and taking them on/off like I do helps keep my brain in tip top shape.Unlike the reishi (same brand by the way) these dont cause drowsiness.I have no problems taking these and take the recommended dose in the morning and the bottle lasts me 2 months (then a one month break before starting them again)
