Works well for sleep!!!!
I read this was good to use for sleep. It puts me to sleep in a matter of minutes and I stay asleep until time to get up.HOWEVER, I used it on my feet and it dried them out SO bad—-I read it is bec of the salt!!!Now I rotate applications to different parts of my body and there is NO problem!

Good product, works for me
The product is not oily, absorbs quickly & I’ve noticed a reduction in stiffness & pain in the mornings when I wake. I also feel it helps me sleep better & longer. Recommend & will purchase again.

Worthless bleach water
I always read reviews and research before purchasing, but this one sure surprised me based on that research. It is nothing but bleach water!!! There is no “oil” as the name suggests, and it arrived soaking wet INSIDE the plastic wrap. After trying it three times, increasing the sprays each time, it did absolutely nothing. The burning sensation that some experienced is the amount of chloride bleach in it!! I dumped it down the drain.
LC I have this to my grandson on Easter and the necklace already broke, he was very disappointed because he loved the necklace. Kind of bummed –

Magnesium glycinate oil spray
I loved the way this spray helped my legs and feet pain i had all the the time for long and not getting better even with rest and pain killers. It also helps me sleep better. I recommend to my coworkers and family. I’m going to order some more for my kids and siblings.

Needs better packaging for shipping
These Magnesium spray is a nice way to help relax your muscles without ingesting it. I like to spray it on the bottoms of my feet and on my back to help with muscle spasms and cramping. Some day spas add magnesium oil (usually an extra cost) to their lotion to help improve relaxation of muscles during a massage. The spray makes application easy without the need to touch it with your hands. It dries reasonably quickly and does not seem to leave any residue. My wife and I both like it. The reason for 1 star off is because the caps of 2 of the 3 bottles came loose during shipping, so there was some very minor leakage (each bottle was sealed in a plastic wrapper, otherwise the would have been a big mess) when we pulled them out of the shipping bags. Overall, these magnesium spray may be one way to address those sore feet and calf cramps.

Consistent use provides relaxation, health benefits
Magnesium “oil” is a bit of misnomer since it’s not an oil at all. It picked up that name because it feels just the slightest bit slick. It is a watery consistency as it should be. I was wondering where it was sourced. The company answered quickly that it is sourced from the Dead Sea.It needs to be sprayed and rubbed in places like the sole of the foot, bend of the knees, inner thighs, and inner upper arms. It will be slightly sticky for a few minutes while drying. It can sometimes sting a little if you’re deficient in Magnesium. It can be washed off in about 20 minutes if you don’t like the feel on your skin. I usually put some lotion on over it and am fine with it. I’ve used magnesium oil for years because it’s supposed to be more bioavailable since it’s not digested. Consistent use is the key for the greatest benefits of relaxation and better sleep.I had an injured Achilles tendon recently and this magnesium spray seemed to help it heel faster and reduce pain and swelling. If you have muscle cramps and this magnesium doesn’t help as much as you think it should, you might also be deficient in calcium and potassium. These have to all be in balance for muscles to work efficiently. If I wake up during the night and have trouble going back to sleep, I rub magnesium oil and lavender essential oil on the soles of my feet.Magnesium Oil is an excellent way to enjoy the health benefits of magnesium in its purest form.
