I’ve been taking Moringa pills for a little while now, and I can honestly say I’ve noticed a difference. Moringa is amazing.
I have used moringa for years. I usually have multiple plants growing that I can harvest from, but they die back in the winter and may not come back…. so moringa capsules are always available.Since the moringa is nutrient dense and supplies great protein, I take some every morning on an empty stomach since they are food and they are like natures multi- vitamin. I don’t like to eat in the morning so moringa is the way I start my day.I make sure I never run out.I just turned 75 and I will reorder these little gems again and again.

I am at an age (71) where I am trying to step up my game when it comes to aging well. To that end , I listen to a fair number of health and wellness podcasts. As a result, I’ve learned about and incorporated a number of vitamins and supplements into my daily routine. Moringa is one of my newest supplements. I am interested in the benefits it may offer for my overall health and wellbeing. These moringa leaf extract powder capsules are non-GMO, third-party tested and formulated in the U.S. The recommended dosage is two capsules per day, so this 180-capsule bottle provides a 3-month supply. The capsules are easy to swallow, tasteless and odorless. In terms of effectiveness, I would say that is subjective. What I can say is that I am healthier than most people my age and my goal is to keep it that way. I have no aches and pains and take no prescription drugs. My goal is to remain proactive when it comes to health and wellbeing. It is my understanding that moringa has been used for hundreds if not thousands of years for its potential health benefits and I intend to keep using it. I am pleased with the quality of this product. I found it to be a very good value for the money and highly recommended it.
