Helps my milk supply!!!
I’ve been breastfeeding extended for a year and a half now. Everytime i get my period I’ve been getting less and less milk. These pills have been increasing my milk supply even while on my period. I didn’t buy them for that but it’s such a pleasant surprise. Now I can go to my 2 year goal like planned.My energy is way better! I never had a midday nap but I definitely felt like I needed one, and that feeling is gone. Overall I feel a big difference and I have more patience throughout the day. Love this product!

It works! Just a bit slower and more subtle than expected.
At first I didn’t think that they were helping much with my energy; however the second week in I noticed my 3 o’clock “I need a nap” wasn’t happening and by the end of the third week it was gone. I was also told by a co worker that I seemed calmer and my skinned looked better. I also believed the balancing of hormones has help with my sudden stronger food craves.Pro: helps keep your energy even though out the day, mood improved, more even skin tone, and helped stop the sudden food craves.Cons: non really, only the change were so small and consistent that I almost didn’t notice them.This is definitely worth a try. Keep a daily journal to monitor the subtle changes.

I have been taking this for about two weeks. I have noticed my inflammation go down, I have more energy, I am not in as much pain as normal, and I have started to lose a couple pounds here and there since starting it. It’s still early, but so far I would definitely recommend trying this product!! If nothing else, I feel like the energy aspect alone is a huge plus!!

WHAT IS THIS?!? Wrong ingredients and nearly empty capsules!
I recieved it in the mail today and it has a completely different list of ingredients than what’s listed here on Amazon.I already take Kelp and Ginko separately, I don’t need more! I thought I was getting a supplement with Ashwagandha and other herbs.This is NOT what I ordered!Edit: The company said that Amazon keeps changing the image of the product with the ingredients list, which is understandable, but I opened the bottle and squeezed the capsules and there’s hardly anything in them!I’m normally one to be understanding with packaging size and things like that, but this is ridiculous..Over $30 for capsules that are only MAYBE 25% full, IF that!I could have bought these ingredients separately from other brands and paid way less per gram for what I’m actually getting in these capsules.I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but there’s just no excuse for this!Edit: Been using these for almost a month now with no noticeable effect.I wanted to like them which is why I kept them instead of sending them back for a refund, but with the wrong ingredients list, half empty capsules and no noticeable effect in energy or anything, I just can’t give this anything other than 1 star.Maybe it’ll work better for other people?But I definitely will NOT be reordering.

Quick Effect, Solid Product
I immediately felt this go into my bloodstream seconds after taking it. I was surprised and pleased to feel such a quick effect. In general though this was kind of a nice supplement to take and learn about especially considering that I did not know much about the pituitary system before taking it. I sometimes enjoy experimenting with new supplements and exotic plant based foods. As far as the hormonal benefits I did feel some of that even though I had only taken a smaller amount by extracting powder from the capsule.If you have a rather sensitive stomach as I do then I would just not take too much of it at a time. My minor stomach i experienced when taking it is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars.
