Helped my bone fracture heal faster
I used this product shortly after surgery for a metatarsal fracture. After my 4th week my bone was healed 90%. I did have a surgical screw in place, but I really was surprised how fast I healed and I was able to walk in a boot a week after surgery and was in tennis shoes by week 7. Since I’m 64 I was starting to get a little joint pain in the knees and carpal tunnel, and I really don’t notice that pain any more. Also, my hair is thicker. I used the liquid, and recently have been taking the capsules, but I prefer the liquid. The liquid doesn’t really have any taste; more like water with a hint of a flower essence. I’d definitely recommend this product, but give it a month or so to get the full effects. It’s now week 8 and besides some swelling, I feel my foot is fully recovered and I’m sure the silica helped the healing process. I’ll continue taking it and hopefully will have stronger bones and less pain in my joints.

I didn’t notice any difference at all after taking Living Silica supplement. I noticed that my nails were more brittle and no difference to my hair. I went back to my old brand of Silica.
