Avoiding Surgery
I started with Osteo BiFlex which my Orthopedist recommended because his knees had similar issues to mine and it helped him. I switched to the “EASE” a few years ago beause it is much smaller & easier to swallow. I do see a difference& feel a difference. I highly recommend this product.

Works very good. These are small. Unlike all the others. Also only version with collegan. I use daily for years, and believe I regrew cartlige. Don’t have knee pain like I used to. Have not had the need to have my doctor inject me since using this product. Not perfect, but well worth it. Also this prodical isn’t as low cost as the other products.

I rarely give 5 star reviews. I just don’t. There’s no incentive for me to write this. I am a post menopausal mom from WI. I did something to my shoulder last winter and did chiropractic and rehab for 4 months with minimal results. I tried these and within the week I had full motion. Now… it could be some lucky coincidence that had nothing to do with this supplement and I’m now taking them for nothing. But, after double mastectomy surgery, I have to keep my shoulders limber.

Rating it a 3 because husband and I been taking these and nothing but weird dreams (and we never dream). Every single night another dream… I took them for my joints in my knees, I do notice a difference for the better for them. Contemplating if I want to keep taking these though.
