Works Great! Knee Pain Almost Gone!
My doctor recommended this product after I was having terrible stiffness and pain in my knees, especially when going up and down stairs. I work out with weights and did not want to have to stop or lower my weight because of knee pain. I found I would skip certain moves or workouts because of it though. I read the reviews on this product and gave it a try. I was going to allow myself one full month before I made a final decision. After about two weeks I noticed a big improvement and now after taking this for three months I hardly have any pain, though maybe occasionally the day after leg day. This is a great product and I’m so thankful to have had it recommended it to me.I do weight training, HIIT training, and walking and I almost always do the low impact options of the HIIT. So, if you are a runner or like high impact, you may not get the same results, but it’s definitely worth trying and giving yourself time to let the product work.I take two pills a day in the morning with food. They are rather large, but I have not had any problems swallowing them. Also, the bottle lasted me three months, and I only missed a few days here and there.

We’ve added Osteo Bi-Flex to our daily vitamin routine for joint health. It’s a brand we trust, and while it’s hard to say if it’s helping yet, we figure it can only support us at this stage. The pills are big — definitely a gulp — but manageable.One note: even though the bottle has 200 tablets, the serving is 2 per day. So if you and your partner are both taking them, this bottle will last about 50 days. Still, worth it for the joint support.
Item was leaking at top right out of box brand new all my fish died and a big mess in my front room water all over the place right when I plugged in was good ten pm at night when I got up fish dead no water in tank water all over my house –
