I take this every day for joint pain, and it works! The only thing that has worked for my neck (herniated discs) pain, back pain and knee pain. This bio flex is a miracle! After taking this for a few days my pain is gone in my back and my knees. After suffering all this time I finally found something that makes me feel normal again. This is amazing. Plus it is not that costly. Can raise your blood sugar a little so you have to keep an eye in that,and talk to your doctor about taking it.
