Satisfying and effective
Am I the only one that finds these so satisfying? I can’t help but feel accomplished when the patch swells up and the skin underneath is revealed as flat and smooth! These are an overnight dream!(It does sometimes take a couple of nights to be completely healed, however the patch helps to get through the next day with reduced visibility and pain)

My favorite overnight patchers! They’re really easy to use. Clean skin, pick the right patch size, stick it on a breakout, and leave it overnight. Simple. They do help, overnight he bump is smaller, redness is reduced. Sometimes you may need to use them for 3‑5 days to see full effects, especially with stubborn breakouts. One overnight patch might calm things and reduce swelling, but to fully flatten or heal, multiple nights help

I’ve found these work best if you pop your pimple and then put the patch on. Otherwise it won’t get anything out. Butt that being said they work so well. Even within an hour it will suck out all the extra stuff that’s deep in your pimple.

I’ve tried a bunch of pimple patches over the years, and the PanOxyl Pimple Patches are definitely among my favorites. They’re super thin, nearly invisible once on, and they stick really well—no sliding off in the middle of the night, even if you toss and turn like I do.What I really like is how effective they are at pulling out gunk from whiteheads. You can literally see the patch working overnight. I pop one on a blemish before bed, and by morning it’s flatter, less red, and way less noticeable. It’s satisfying (and kind of gross, in a good way) to peel it off and see the results.They don’t contain any harsh ingredients—just hydrocolloid—so they’re gentle on sensitive skin. No dryness or irritation, which I appreciate since I already use other acne treatments.Overall, if you’re dealing with surface pimples or whiteheads, these patches are a great addition to your skincare routine. Affordable, effective, and easy to use. Definitely a repeat buy for me.

Best patches I’ve ever used!
Hands down the best patches I’ve ever tried. I don’t have a problem with acne, but I do get hormonal acne around my eyes and chin during my period and these clear those up in the matter of a day or one overnight wear. They are so thin that when applied correctly they almost become invisible on the skin. I will definitely be buying and receiving these to all my people. Great product!

Highly Effective, Affordable Patches, But Bad Packaging Design…
I find it unreasonable to spend $20 on pimple patches, especially considering that hydrocolloid is a widely available and inexpensive ingredient. Panoxyl provides budget-friendly yet effective pimple patches. These patches impurities like excess oils and pus from the affected area, with results that are evident overnight. The adhesive used is gentle and non-irritating making it a great choice for sensitive skin.One flaw of the pimple patches is the complication with removing them from their plastic backing. During this process, I find myself using my nails, which can cause the edges of the patches to curl. This curling damages the patches’ adhesiveness. Tring to remove the patches without damaging them can be quite frustrating. It would be great if the packaging were designed with practicality, maybe adding a more user-friendly mechanism that allows for easier peeling without damaging the patches themselves. Better packaging would improve the overall experience.
