Does not stick
I’m experiencing sharp nerve pain in my leg as I wait for hip replacement. I was happy and hopeful to find these patches. But the reviews are correct. They do not stick. I use adhesive tape to keep in place. Not sure yet about effectiveness for this purpose.

I must say that I think this patch is helping me be calm and sleep – in combination with the Klova (no melatonin) sleep patch.

Effective for short amount of time!
I have a mixed review on these patches.PROS: They did work for me, but not for 8 hours, maybe for a few hours. They have excellent herbs/ingredients. I have sensitive skin, and did not have a reaction to the patches. I did try using one before bed, and another when I wake up in the middle of the night, and this was fairly effective. For me, might be better to use during the day if I need some calm support.CONS: In my opinion, not much magnesium to really do anything. If I’m using 2 a day, they can get pricey. Might work better on a child, though I weigh in at 120, so I’m not a big person.

Mine stick great all night. Best thing I have even found. I have low magnesium always so I could not sleep until I bought these. I love these so much. It has brought my magnesium levels up and now I can sleep peacefully.

These patches are easy to apply and remove without any sticky or residue. These are pretty water-resistant and stay put even in the shower.These patches are latex-free, gluten-free, sugar-free and lactose-free. These patches have Magnesium Glycinate, L-Threonate, Ashwagandha and other nutrients. Topical patches are an interesting concept of taking supplements, not to worry about swallowing pills and capsules, does not have to deal with stomach issues that sometimes happen with certain supplements.How effective they are, time will tell, as not sure if they are doing much just like any supplement.

No difference noticed.
I have worn these for four nights in a row now, and have not noticed any difference in my sleep. I did like how they applied and didn’t come off once I placed them, but I was really hoping to notice some kind of difference.
