Been buying this for decades
So glad i dont have to get and drive to a salon to buy this!Ive been using this as a companion to the PM Awapui ( sp?) shampoo for decades!My hair is & alway has been lon & very fine – but now color treated as well. Problem is i have a VERY tender head- & cannot tolerate the more manual process of getting knots & tangles out- which long fine hair is prone to do ( other than to cut them out) this Detangler saves me much in frustation, and no need to cut out knors or tangles & helps prevent split ends as well- because even with my long hair split ends have not been an issue.I like the PM The Conditioner as well, but its not tough enough to keep my hair knot free- but it is a good product as well & i mostly find myself splurging on it as an addition to use as an in shower skin moisturizer – which it does quite well, imho. But my go to to keep my hair tangle & knot free & silky & shinny is this Detangler. Anyone who says different maybe was too skimpy with the amount they used- idk….All PM products ive tried have been fine products- this is just one of my fav of favs.

I think I’ve read on PM bottles in the past that the authenticity off products is only guaranteed when purchased from hair salons, I’ve never had an occasion to even think to test that but, I’m….. just not so sure about this item being the “real deal” by Paul Mitchell. Perhaps I missed the small print that said this is a best effort remake? but I’ve used PM products for DECADES and I have *NEVER ONCE* opened or used an authentic PM product that smelled like… ALL of ANY smell it may have ever had was purposly removed and smelled only of absolutely nothing. This looks like lotion, it doesn’t even smell like lotion, because it doesn’t smell like anything. :-/

Light fresh scent, a little product goes a long way
Product has a light and fresh clean scent. Size of the bottle is on the smaller side but is nice because a little product goes a long way. Consistency of conditioner is not runny and is nice and creamy. I have used this a few times now on my thicker hair and the moisture leaves my hair feeling very soft throughout the day without an oily scalp.

I am very disappointed. Seller used delaying tactics to go beyond product return period. Tried to convince me not to return the product. When that did not work, they gave the excuse about getting senior management approval and never replied for weeks.
