i started taking this supplement August 29, 2023. had bp taken a couple of weeks ago and it was 114/74. it went down from136/85!!! i have more energy since taking it and it’s been about 3 weeks. it’s a very subtle feeling of having more energy. don’t get jittery or anything like that. i’m able to do more. it’s even clearing my head. that’s the only way i can describe it. guess you can say it clears brain fog which i never considered i had!!! have recommended this product to many. will continue taking it & hope the company continues to produce it. so far can’t say enough good things. it’s almost as if you can feel it working!!!!! highly recommend.

Did not feel any difference after completing the bottle. May work well for some, but did nothing to help me.

Relieves tightness in chest
I have been buying this for probably three years. I usually buy it from the company’s website, but I have also purchased it other places. Sometimes my chest feels tight after drinking a shake or something with high fat. When I take this afterwards, it relieves that tightness within about 20 minutes. It feels like it cleared something out. I also gave it to someone else who was having trouble with his blood pressure one day and he was feeling miserable. I gave him three or four of these, and in about 20 minutes, he was feeling better. I do not take this on a regular basis. I mainly take it when my chest feels tight. I might start taking it regularly to prevent that from happening.
