Best ketone product out there
For those like myself trying to raise ketone levels for mental health reasons while following a carnivore diet this is the best product I have found. Granted it doesn’t last past 2 hours or so. But in that duration my symptoms are 100×’s more manageable. I wish it was covered by insurance or OTC benefits bc it gets expensive. For the relief I feel it’s worth it. It makes my meds work better. I have better capacity to carry out adl”s where as before it was extremely challenging for me. Happy to have found these. If I had any requests of this product it would be to have the effects last longer. Or even do studies so that it can be covered by insurance.

BHB Without the Mess and the Hassle
Perfect Keto has done a great job with this product. It allows you to really fine-tune your BHB intake, with these BHB pills. No messy mixes, no measuring… Just take two capsules and you’re set. I personally take two, three times a day. They really work to stave off hunger while I am early in my keto-adaption phase. These, in conjunction with a C8 compound help me reach my goals, by helping to suppress my appetite, and increasing my blood ketones throughout the day. The best part, I don’t have to worry about making a huge mess in the kitchen, and the capsules are incredibly portable. Much appreciated, to the Perfect Keto team. We appreciate ya’ll!

Not a huge difference with or without
Took these as a start up into ketosis. Certainly had a horrible taste as many similar ketone supplement do. Slightly bigger than expected therefore a little bit tougher to swallow if larger pills are already a concern for you. Noticed quite a bit of GI upset while taking but nothing severe enough to cause vomiting. I found the results to be hit or miss. Some times when I took them during ketosis I noticed a stabilization in ketone production and fat loss where as other times my body did not react to the supplement. I followed a very strict ketogenic diet off and on in cycles and noticed a similar amount of fat loss regardless of use. Can help achieve prime ketosis faster but not significant enough to where I would take them every cycle.

I ordered these when I was 4 days into carnivore and couldn’t handle the “keto-flu”. I had a terrible headache (and I never get headaches) and energy levels were way down. Only took 1x a day for 3 days and immediately felt better! It helped me get over the hump. Now I use it here and there to boost energy and aid in weight loss.

A hard NO!
I have been buying Perfect Keto products off and on for year’s now; today I am NOT satisfied with the company OR its products. These pills are a joke. If you read the label, 2 pills contain 400mg of Exogenous Ketones. BUT, if you look at their flagship product and the stuff I used to buy, the scoopable powder…. 1 serving is 1 scoop. Each scoop contains a whopping 3,800mg EACH of 3 BHB’s. That’s over 10,000mg’s of BHB! No way in hell would I ever believe 400mg of a product would work the same as 10,000mg’s although Mike from their company claims the pills are similar to the scoop and are “useful”! I hate companies that straight LIE to you!So, next time I have a splitting headache I will take my husbands 81mg aspirin vs. taking the 1,000mg BC powder that I am used to taking! (which works great for ANY pain I will mention! )Milligrams count! These pills are nothing but a Placebo at this point. THEY ARE NOT RETURNABLE either! Which I found out after the purchase! Wow, Perfect Keto. You got another Sucker! I would rather swallow a 2 cent jelly bean and experience the Placebo effect vs. buying your worthless product.Update: The company was kind enough to issue me a refund. I am very thankful for that! Unfortunately, since then I have done even more research on Exogenous Ketones and I found a clinical study that basically says that when you take these Exogenous Ketones and since they are in your blood your body will STOP make more! Not sure if this is temporary or what. There is NOT much research about EK’s in general and I always kinda wondered WHAT these products are actually doing with my body as some changes are irreversible!Like the “Biggest Loser Syndrome”. At the beginning of the series contestants lost weight so rapidly that their Metabolism permanently SLOWED DOWN to compensate! Some of these peoples Metabolism slowed to 800 calories a day!! And it’s PERMANENT!! I would HATE it if I am jacking myself up long-term taking these products for NO real reason when I think about it! I’m ALREADY losing 2-3 pounds a week. Frankly, I’m doing just fine without taking Exogenous Ketones!

Glad I ordered these!
These are great. I don’t love the taste of the regular keto base (have tried chocolate and vanilla). I notice an increase in energy and mental clarity when taking these. They work to reduce appetite so I can get to a longer fasting window. They are great to take before exercise as they give me more energy (without the jittery caffeine effect)… I do notice I sweat a lot more when I take 2 of these before working out.

Boosts ketones and focus
You have to be in ketosis for these to work. I see a spike in ketones and can focus betting when taking these. If you take constantly you don’t see/feel so much of a difference than if you only take when needing a boost. So I use as needed.
