I was very close to giving this one star and researching return options. Initially, I mistakenly bought this after watching a Keto Fonnect YouTube video where she used the Vanilla MCT powder in tea lattes. When I realized I had bought the collagen, I was actually pleased that it included MCT and saves me the hassle of carrying multiple products on my travels.I first used about 1/3 scoop in my coffee, holy wow! Stevia much? I hated it with an extreme passion. I wanted to force myself to like it because of the convenience, so next try I added salted butter hoping the salt would cover the stevia…it was okay, but still nowhere able to do a full scoop. It’s also important to note that traditionally, I am a black coffee drinker and can roll with oil or sometimes butter in it, but cream is a stretch and sweetener is a hard NO.After a few days, I remembered that I had tried some flavored stevia drops in coffee and couldn’t stand it, but used the same drops in other things and didn’t mind. I ventured out of my norm and added some heavy cream and this powder to my coffee…major improvement! The past 2 days have been pretty chilly and I’ve started drinking more tea throughout the day. I am now officially addicted to English Breakfast tea with a half to full scoop of this powder and occasionally a splash of heavy cream. Seriously, you have to give it a shot. If you have purchased this and don’t like it, I urge you to experiment. The tea is killer. I keep meaning to try it with chai, but I’m loving this combo so much, that I haven’t even strayed from it once.I don’t know if coffee brings out the overwhelming nature of stevia, or its just too far from my staple black coffee, but this is definitely better with cream if in coffee. For me, it makes the addition of cream more tolerable. I am currently following a ketogenic diet and getting enough fat in is a struggle…this powder is now helping me keep my macros in check.

Good Flavor, Mixes Well, It’s Expensive
As someone new to Keto, I’ve been testing various brands and products to find the ones that are “right for me.” When it comes to flavor, I’m simple — plain vanilla and maybe a bit of cinnamon and I’m good. I purchased Perfect Keto Vanilla as it was a match for the flavor profile I was looking for, and despite the somewhat negative reviews. So here’s my thoughts:1). The flavor is pretty good and somewhat creamy — it’s vanilla (as in artificial, not as in vanilla bean) — though it is sweetened. If you normally would use Monk Fruit, Erythritol, etc in your drink(s)…you don’t need it with this product.2). At the time of this review it’s $38.97 for 20 servings; that comes out to almost $2 per scoop. Compared to other brands, it’s expensive and won’t last you a month. Although flavor is good (see my first point), I don’t believe it’s worth $2 a scoop (there’s plenty of protein powders that are far cheaper and still taste great).Would I buy this again? Perhaps occasionally, though it’d be just as easy for me to look elsewhere. I’d see more value in this product if it were in the $20-$25 range (based on 20 servings) as I can’t imagine the cost to produce this is high. The markup is clearly due to it being a health product that is targeting a boosted craze around keto.—As a counter to some of the negative reviews based on the amount of product, it’s important to keep in mind that *all* supplement powders are sold by weight. You’re often not going to see the container full to the top for anything in the health food or supplement sectors (look at jugs of protein powder — they are rarely ever full, if even half). If you’re concerned about the amount of product, look at the servings and weigh the cost per serving against what you feel is acceptable.
