The boost you need to achieve your goals!
This helps for losing weight, your mood because you will feel better do to increased energy, and it also is good for doing away with most of the regular cravings. Easy to swallow, doesn’t have a lot of jitteriness involved. So far the quality is good. I took this while exercising twice a week to help the process. It gives the little bit of push you need to do exercises once you set your mind to it. The taste and smell didn’t bother me. I’d recommend to give it a try if your medical conditions allow you to.

Waste of MONEY
I ordered this product and was expecting it to curb my appetite, WRONG! It boosted my appetite and my metabolism took a dive. I was bloated and had stopped taking it, and let me tell you the heart burn and acid reflux was unbearable. I haven’t suffered from acid reflux in over a year. I read the reviews—the good and the bad, I thought maybe I’ll give it a try anyway. I was disappointed! It wasn’t made for me.

Work pretty well!
I was using a glp-1 wheat supplement thing and ended up switching to these to try for a few months, mainly because of cost. I am on my 2nd bottle and I can say that for me, these work great. I take 2 when I get up and then the next 2 around 1 or 2… I noticed I am not as hungry, no upset stomach, but drink plenty of water!!!

To preface this review, I did pair the supplement with a keto super low carb diet. Staying under my calorie intake deficit was the death of me, but this really helped curb my hunger to the point where I have to make myself eat. It’s crazy stuff. I like that It has the extra vitamins and I do feel like I get a little boost of energy during the day. So far I have lost about 6 pounds in 2 weeks…I will continue buying the stuff as I have about 24 more pounds to lose. I am happy I found this.
