Must have for your gut health
My husband has been taking this probiotic for about three weeks and have noticed steady improvements in digestion and less bloating. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have any aftertaste. I also like that it’s formulated specifically for men, with added strains that support overall gut health and immunity. I’ve been using Physician’s Choice probiotics for a while now, and I’ve been really happy with them.I decided to give this “Men’s” version a try because it includes selenium, which is supposed to be good for prostate health. I definitely noticed a difference! I feel lighter, more energetic, and just overall healthier.That being said, I actually prefer the original version of this probiotic (the one that’s not specifically for men). It seems to work just as well for me, and it’s a bit more affordable.But if you’re looking for a probiotic with the added benefits of selenium, this one is definitely worth checking out. It’s got a high CFU count, a good variety of strains, and it’s easy to take. Plus, Physician’s Choice is a brand I trust.Just a heads up, though: if you’re not specifically looking for a men’s probiotic, you might want to stick with the original version. It’s just as effective, in my opinion.

Only works if you are consistent like anything else.
My boyfriend struggled using the bathroom, also digesting food, specially pork. After I got this for him, he not bloated anymore, goes to the bathroom normal.Take it constantly, no product will work if you are not following the daily routines.

Product fine, but a few nits prevent me from buying again
I dont know if it is 3 or 4 star…. who knows if these even work- but I would say that about any probiotic brand I have ever bought. These are fine- technically nothing wrong with them. I dont struggle with swallowing pills but I have to say these are a bit larger than an average larger pill. Even for me they are a little harder to get down. I have had no issues and they are doable for sure but would love to see a smaller capsule. The other thing about these is they have an unpleasant smell relative to other brands I have bought in the past. Again nothing wrong with them but I would likely buy a different brand once these ones are out- largely for these two reasons.
