I’ve been on a weight loss journey for about a year now. I weighed around 200 lbs at 5’8″ — I wasn’t terribly overweight appearance wise, but I was tired of carrying the extra weight around my middle. Fast forward, with exercise and intermittent fasting, my waistline shrank from 38 inches to 33 and I got my hour glass figure back. The bad news? I plateaued. This happened to me twice and it gets harder to deal with the more it happens. I’m still looking to lose about 20 more pounds, and someone in facebook thread mentioned Pinalim.I decided this would be a good supplement to my exercise regimen. I’ve been taking this tea for about two weeks now. I feel and see a slight difference but it’s too early yet to measure that difference around the waist (I don’t own a scale.) That said, I follow the instructions, I steep for 5 minutes, and then drink, and I’ve noticed a couple things.First, my metabolism is sluggish. I’ve never been “regular” my whole life and that’s probably tied to my weight issues. This tea definitely will clean you out, and the first time was probably the worst of the gastro-intestinal distress, quite a bit of pain. I no longer take it at night because I was tired of waking up at 3 and 4 am to have to run to the bathroom. Some people say they don’t have any pain or distress. I think this depends on what poor eating decisions your may have made earlier in the day and how much you are eating. Once you start taking the tea you might experience very loose stools, but I found with repeated usage and sensible, moderate eating, this decreased somewhat. (I found having a boozy drink during the day also did not help matters). I gave this five stars because I believe it appears to be working and is doing what it promised, and also, it really does taste pretty good, but I don’t recommend sippng it at a leisurely pace — (I sometimes start reading and forget I have a drink) — as I think it affects the outcome of your bowel movement (increasing how often it happens) if your drinking is spread out over the course of an hour, so I recommend taking it in very quickly.

Excelente product
I’ve been drinking this tea for years, and it helps you go to the bathroom if you’re slow in digestion. It’s a little strong and gives you cramps, but it does its job 100%.

It really makes you go to the bathroom and clean yourself out. It taste delicious. It does give some cramping, nothing terrible, right before going to the bathroom, but it is worth it!

So, my dentist recommended this post oral surgery to help with swelling.They said NOTHING about having 24 hours of digestive upset. 😭I did lose a pound of 💩 overnight. So, win I guess?It tastes nice. Don’t drink it if you have something important to do. It’s not worth it ☠️😂😂😂

Definitely works without the effects like other laxatives etc
Sooooo I have a problem going to the restroom especially because my medication so I’ve taken so many things to help and most products will make me sick to where I puke in the middle of the night or wake up in crazy pain from cramps. THIS STUFF IS AMAZING!!! It’s simple you just drink before bed I’ve taken a whole box already and had cramps really like one time and it was when I was about to go to the bathroom but I definitely recommend if you want to clean your system out!!!!!

Love this tea! I have a pituitary tumor which dictates my hormones. Having this tumor made my overweight about 20-25 lbs. My bowels became irregular and I felt so sluggish. In one week with this tea I’ve lost 7 pounds and the following felt as though my energy is back up, my belly is flatter, and it doesn’t taste bad at all. Kind of taste like chamomile. I did get some initial cramping the first two days but it was bearable and worth it to be regular like I was before the tumor♥

Laxative tea
This is essentially a laxative tea. It does it’s job. But if you just want pineapple tea without trips to the bathroom I would just buy a pineapple and boil it in water.
