This product has quality ingredients that worked to totally heal my colitis. This is the only product that I found that contains both pre and probiotics with quality ingredients along with a great value. You get a two month supply in each bottle, so you won’t run out before you know if it really works. And it does! It took a couple weeks to really kick in and for me to see a noticeable difference, but by then the healing process was well on its way. For this who don’t know, the reason why it is critical to include a pre along with a probiotic is that the pre is the food for the bacteria in the probiotic, so the good bacteria stays and multiplies in the gut to keep the bad bacteria in check. This product is time released and supplies a steady stream of what your body needs to improve digestion, regulate the bowels, decrease gas and bloating, heal inflammation and irritation in the gut, and improve your body’s overall health. This is a must have product to include to your daily wellness regimen.

Works but no long term benefits
I have been using this product for a few years. I started doing more research on probiotics because I don’t want to be dependent on them for the rest of my life. I discovered that 90% of the products out there are ineffective. Meaning bacteria are anaerobic and therefore can’t survive in oxygenated environments. If they do make it past that hurdle, they typically won’t survive the harsh acidic condition of the stomach. So, basically not much is any good bacteria is making it to my gut.In my research I discovered what is called True Probiotics. These are spore bacteria that are protected from oxygen and acid and theoretically make it to the gut. I am going to try and spore probiotic and my hope is I will replenish my gut and get off probiotics all together.
