Good B-complex vitamin
I’ve tried previous B vitamins that gave me stomach issues. This B-complex did not make me sick. It is also a two capsule dose, which enables you to take just one capsule if you’re worried about megadoses, which can cause some GI distress. Since starting this vitamin, I feel like I have had more energy and have been drinking less coffee throughout the day. Placebo effect? So far, so good. We’ll see how things are going after a couple of months.

Best of the B Complex supplements that I have tried
When this B complex supplement was not available for several weeks I tried an alternative product. I could barely swallow that one due to the overpowering smell. The Premier Research Labs product is more expensive, but well worth the difference. Very happy it is available again.

Sensible dosage
As far as I know this is the best B supplement. Many others have absurdly high doses. Taking more than you need is not only wasteful, but it can be harmful or even dangerous in the case of some of the B vitamins. These are, after all, meant to be supplements, not food substitutes. Moreover, the folate is actually the safer and better tetrahydrofolate form, instead of the cheaper folate. I appreciate that the Premier people appear to have read the science!
