Seem to be of good quality
It’s extremely challenging for me to tell if supplements are working for me, and this is no exception. I personally haven’t really felt any effects from taking these thus far, but I also haven’t experienced any negative side effects. It’s my hope that they are helping me internally, even if I cannot “feel” it.The capsules are slightly large but somehow are still very easy to swallow. Some capsules give me a lot of trouble, but that’s not the case with these. They do have a pretty earthy scent and taste, but the taste doesn’t last more than a few seconds, so it’s not bothersome to me.Premier Labs seems to have a good reputation in this market, so I do hope to see noticeable results in the long run.

Non-tea drinkers take notice!
This bottle comes just over 50% full. If used as directed it will last one month, so I’d prefer they put two months’ worth in the bottle or use a smaller bottle.The expiration date on mine is Jan 2026, so just under 1.75 years from now.When I first opened the bottle the scent made me think “fishing docks,” but it’s actually more of an herbal scent. The taste follows suit, but it doesn’t last. The capsules are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. The ingredients in the blend part of this say organic. The product page says non-GMO and manufactured in the USA. For some reason Amazon puts stickers on their supplements and it seems to usually be over something the consumer would want to read. Their stickerd don’t come off easily, and some supplement labels get torn up when trying to remove the sticker, but PRL’s labels are such that the Amazon stickers come off rather easily. Thank you PRL!I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many shady ones lately. Premier Research Labs is my most trusted one. Their prlabs site is functional, informative, and has a working phone number. They are manufacturers, rather than outsourcing it, and they use quality ingredients and none of the questionable fillers that most other companies use (like magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, etc). They even have a locator on their site to find doctors who use their products.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I love that I found a good company with quality products at such reasonable prices.Thank you for reading, I hope it’s been helpful.

Somewhat dubious
If you’re looking to add green tea to your daily regimen, you might want to consider that, comparatively speaking, this supplement doesn’t have that much green tea in it. Almost sixty percent of this supplement contains three other ingredients–pear, kale, and cider vinegar. Is this really want you want? And so, compared to a leading brand that also sells green tea supplements, you receive, for the same purchase price, only about twenty-five percent the amount of green tea.

Premier Labs is a good reputable company. My wife likes to be sure to either drink green tea or take the capsules. The benefits are supposed to be antioxidants. This brand says it has other ingredients too. Be sure and read the label. We recommend them.

Quality Green Tea Caps Without All The Fillers
This is a quality organic green tea product and checks nearly all the boxes for me. First of all, and quite importantly, there are no fillers, flow agents or weird additives in this offering, which is a huge plus as far as I’m concerned. No microcrystalline cellulose or silicone dioxide or who-knows-what-else-they’re-throwing-in-there, just the intended supplement and a few synergistic additions, which are my second favorite aspect of this particular green tea capsule. They include this Green Synerblend which is a combination of organic prickly pear, kale, and apple cider vinegar. This is a complimentary blend of antioxidants of which each component has its own health benefits. So, this addition only adds to the value of a product that’s already pretty awesome. If I could say one critical thing; the recommended dose of 2 capsules only contains 355 mgs of EGCG, which is a little on the low side, so they recommend this dose 2 times daily. So, you can settle for the smaller dose, which I presume still has some benefit to it, or you are taking four capsules a day, which may not be ideal for some. Luckily, those four capsules only contain “the good stuff”! Great product!

Great Green Tea
I like greean tea and I feel like this green tea supplement is helping. It’s hard to know for sure with supplements if they are working. Especially considering I take numerous other vitamins, but I havn’t had any negative side effects and this seems to be helping in some small way. If anything should change I will report back and update.
