I purchased this mainly for an fat burner support on top of my diet and weight training program. Green tea has always been known as an antioxidant substance, so this will help get rid of some of the toxic in your body. I wanted to get off drinking coffee and sodas for caffeine and just really up my water intake but needed the energy. These capsules have done this for me and my workouts have increased due to more healthy energy. I can focuses better and can get things done. I have been taking product for over 2 weeks now. It does suppress my appetite only if it is taken an hour or more before I plan to eat a meal. It had a good taste to it as well, you will have flavored burps come up. Now down to what everyone is curious about does it help you loose weight? Yes. I was flucuating from 182-184lbs, depending on diet. i am now a steady 175 i have lost over 7 lbs in 2 weeks no matter what i decide to eat, still going down in weight slowly, with no exercise besides walking maybe 1/2 mile a day at work. I have noticed my metabolism is working better as well. I can now eat a big meal and not carry that with me for a few days. It’s gone the next morning. All in all, product does do everything it says it does. Would recommend.

Took it first thing after waking up in the morning before breakfast, after a 3 days I developed wounds in my stomach that I think are ulcers. Taking on empty stomach is not for me. Now I have to see the doctor for medication.

I started taking the product on 5-24 and took the 2 pills within one day. It gives me great energy without crashing and controls my appetite. I do get little jitters due to that I’m sensitive to coffeine. I do have IC and for me it works out just taking one pill per day. Otherwise, it flares my IC up. I feel so much better having more energy throughout the day and I’m not eating unnessary snacks. It helps me with my sugar cravings also and I don’t need to eat any sweets as usual. Normally, I eat all the time even when I’m not hungry and this product helps me to control my urges. My weight is usually 134 pounds and due to that I have gain 10 pounds being in my 50s, I decided to give this product a chance. I wasn’t sure what to expect with this product it but I was every surprised. It has definitely helped and I do feel more energy as well. I had been using other products with Green Tea for some time and I decided to give this one a try. I also do intermittent fasting so this just helped overall with my weight loss/fitness journey. one thing I do notice is that after a few hours I feel really hungry so I have to time when Intake it and when I first eat which is fine.
