Could take months to notice any improvement but so far so good!
I don’t like reviewing an item like this before giving it a chance to see if it works but it says it could take 8-12 weeks before I notice any effects so I will have to edit my review in the future if my opinion changes.So far, this product has been fine. I’m very sensitive to supplements and pharmaceuticals and expect almost everything to upset my stomach but this hasn’t!! I’ve taken it for a few days and haven’t noticed anything unpleasant. It hasn’t made a difference in any other areas either but I guess it could take months to tell.The pills themselves are quite large and have a strong odor but I haven’t experienced any unpleasant belching like with some supplements that smell strongly so that’s good.So far I have nothing bad to report regarding this so I hope it helps!

Update: Faster than I expected–This worked for me! I added a 5th star, and I’d give it more if I could. Pretty sure my husband would, too…Well worth the price!Promensil is a company I’ve been familiar with for nearly 30 years, and I was delighted to try this formula (knowing many women who benefitted from their products over the years.)The formulation is impressive–the tribulus terrestris and horny goat weed are both standardized extracts, and the fenugreek is a 10:1 concentrated extract.The tablets are not overly large or hard to swallow, but they have a fairly strong scent–probably as a result of the B-12. I chose to be cautious and took them with food and didn’t have any issues with them upsetting my stomach. The label cautioned that it could take a number of weeks to see results, so if/when I see results, I will happily update my review.If it gives results, the cost will be well worth it–it was $30.99 when I ordered it.Promensil is a brand I trust and which has been around for many decades. The only thing I wasn’t impressed by was the lack of clarity on WHERE it’s actually made, which seemed a little disingenuous.Overall, I’ll likely order it again and give it the full 6 weeks to see effects.

Ordered this Promensil Libido and energy supplement as going through menopause can cause many specific challenges. I ordered this supplement to better support both my libido and overall energy. What I appreciate about this unique formulation is the inclusion of Horny Goat Weed as well as Vitamin B12. It’s also free from hormones which I try to avoid, if at all possible. Serving size is just two tablets as that is a doable dosage to work into my daily supplement routine.
