This vitamin C supplement has been a great fit for my needs. I’m required to take a high dose of Vitamin C twice daily alongside another medication, and these capsules make it easy. Open the capsule, pour into a pinch bowl with a lid. Add a few drops of water to get a consistency like icing. It just needs to be wet, not pasty. I put a dry paste on a bandaid and applied to a bite. It left a scar. Don’t do that.Ascorbic acid stops a mosquito bite itch better than anything. Just get it wet and rub it in. You will soon forget about it.Rub over the bite for 10 seconds. Cover the pinch bowl to keep it from drying up. Reapply as needed.
