This is the best magnesium supplement I’ve found. I notice the difference when taking it. the PURE brand has good high quality supplements with the price a bit higher but worth it.

Relieves muscle cramps
My husband and I both get leg cramps. These have been lifesavers. Nothing worse than getting a leg cramp when you’re relaxing. I have tried many brands and PURE is the only one that doesn’t cause stomach upset. They may cost a little more than the brands you can buy at your local department store or supermarket, but it’s totally worth the price. They are very effective. I get the magnesium glycinate for muscle cramps.

Really works and my Dr recommended this brand as clean
My doctor advised going on this for pain. I take it to sleep at night and it really helps. He advised I take three pills at night and I noticed immediately my pain was better. The relief lasted about a week and then my body adjusted to it but it’s essential for how I sleep and it helps my blood work show up more normally
