Perimenopausal Insomnia help!
As a perimenopausal woman, I have been struggling with insomnia. Falling asleep and staying asleep was a thing of the past. I kid you not- this works SO SO well. I started taking one a night and found two to be perfect. We take them about an hour or so before bed and I am able to close my eyes and actually fall asleep and I stay asleep! I think it has also helped with my restless legs. This is a great product and I don’t foresee me being without it again!

This magnesium is a game changer! This is my second order of this product. I went from taking 2 nightly to 4 over a 3-month span. The pills are not too big and easy to swallow. I take them 20 minutes before bed. I sleep so well and wake up bright-eyed and bushy tailed. Not only that, but I can definitely tell the difference on nights that I don’t take it. 10/10 recommend!

Soooo, I take many supplements as a 55+ year old gulf war veteran. I can tell you that these are the best magnesium suppliers and the best brand. Why? Because I took them at night and I measured the effectiveness on the way I feel the next day. Right away I felt different when I woke up, you may not have as many issues as I do so I can assure you it makes me feel better. You see, I’ve had chemical exposer in the past, (we all have to some degree) but my body is extra sensitive to the point I can tell what is good and what is bad for my body. One more thing, if taking magnesium you want to use this type of capsul. What you do not want to do is take the solid pills vitamins or medicines. Why? Becaue they use a machines and unhealthy ingredients to make those solid pills. I already need to take non-capsul pills to stay alive so I dont need to double or triple down. What i mean is if the pill can be cut with a pill cutter, it has binders. Without those binders the pills would just be powder. That is what u want, just the powder in the pill. What you dont want is the powder suppliers in a jar or a jar of magnesium powder. Why? Because its highly probable that your jar of magnesium powder is full of microplastics. As you can see i.am super picky on what im putting in my body, and this Brand and format of the pills is wonderful and approved by me.

Lo tomo desde hace un mes y me siento bastante bien. Me concentro mejor, duermo bien y despierto descansando. No tiene efectos desagradables en la panza como otras presentaciones de magnesio. Es caro y tardó una semana en llegar a Mexico pero hasta ahora ha valido la pena.
