I’m really impressed with this Magnesium Glycinate supplement so far. After doing extensive daily research to support my mental, physical, and emotional health, I discovered that magnesium glycinate is one of the most effective forms of magnesium; especially for anxiety, cognitive function, and joint pain.This supplement recommends three capsules per day, but I personally find that two is perfect for me. Even at that dose, it significantly lowers my blood pressure so I’m not sure how some people might prefer higher milligrams per capsule, but for my body, more than two would likely be too much.What really sets magnesium glycinate apart for me is how gentle and effective it is. Other forms of magnesium gave me unpleasant side effects like heart palpitations and headaches, but glycinate has been calming and consistent. I take it before bed, and it helps me sleep soundly which is something I struggled with due to the anxiety, panic attacks, and racing, intrusive thoughts that would keep me up at night.Since starting this supplement, I’ve noticed a major difference in how relaxed I feel in the evenings.
