Works Very Well For Sleep Problems, Not Really Oily
I love this magnesium oil spray! I was using another brand of magnesium spray bought on Amazon and decided to try this brand because it was a cheaper, yet still reputable spray. I didn’t have any stinging, probably because I was already used to magnesium spray. With the other spray, I experienced an itchy foot, which went away after a few days of use. This other spray was VERY oily. In fact, the manufacturer said it would leave oil on my sheets. I always wore socks to bed after putting on the other oil. It worked well to resolve my sleep problems. This magnesium spray is considerably less oily. It dries within five minutes and whatever oil it has is quickly absorbed by my skin. I don’t have to wear socks to save my sheets. I would say this brand of magnesium spray works better on giving me a good night’s sleep. I can buy double the amount for just a bit more than half the amount of the other spray. I would buy this brand again.

Highly recommend for leg cramps and restless legs.
I was in a car accident and have poor circulation in my left leg that causes painful night-timeleg cramps. I massage the oil into the soles and top of my feet before bed and barely get them anymore. I forgot to use it for a couple of nights and cramps started getting worse. I also use it on my arthritic hands. Helps a lot. No scent. Dries fast I didnt get any tingling at all.

This stuff works!Warning – ya gotta spray it on outside & let it air dry.Then wash off the residue. The spray will “salt” your clothing – so be cautious how you apply it.Use at night for a wonderful, long nights sleep.No leg cramps, no waking up in the night.Magical stuff!Knocked down to 4 stars because of the need to wipe yourself off afterwards.

Feels like an epson salt bath
This is the second brand of magnesium oil I have purchased. I decided to try this brand since it’s cost about 50% less per once. The first brand works good for muscle cramps.This brand is on a whole other level. It reminds me of the way my skin feels after an Epson salt soak. There is a slight tingling sensation unlike the other brand. Hours later there is a slight oily feel where I have used it. I’m glad to have found this brand of MG Oil.

Game changer for whole family! Love it
This has been a game changer for our entire family! Definitely exceeded my expectations.Clear instructions, really appreciated the bottle itself had the strength listed clearly and in large print, and suggested use for sensitive skin was a major plus- I never would have thought to dillute with water. It is the solution I’ve been looking for with my oldest son, who’s 7 and has ADHD and autism…he now has great sleep, no longer seeing dark circles under his eyes, no tossing and turning at night, and a significant decrease in his leg cramps. He’s also showing major improvement in his behavior and moods…much better disposition throughout the day, and less frequent and shorter meltdowns, major plus! We are on our second week of using it on the bottom of his feet before bed and he now asks for it at bedtime. Highly recommend! My husband, mother-in-law and my best friend have all tried it, and report huge changes in their sleep and various aches and pains. Great deodorant substitute!
I’ve recently switched to magnesiumSpray for my deodorant. It’s clean and non toxic and adds minerals back to your body. It doesn’t keep you from sweating but does keep you from smelling! Sweating is the body’s way of detoxing. I also rub on my feet sometimes before bed for relaxation and better sleep. Great product!

So far, so good!
This is definitely helping my lifelong bad sleep. Still having lots of dreams, but they aren’t quite as vivid. I also blame my current bad sleep to the 5g tower 200 yards from my back door. I have also read magnesium is very good for neuropathy and I can attest to that with this magnesium spray. My feet feel much more flexible and lots less of the ‘buzz’ in my feet.

I suffer periodically from sciatica. I was recommended to try this by someone who uses it nightly.There is no smell and it looks just like w3ater but dont be fooled it is very effective. Squirt 3 or 4 times into your palm and rub into the affected area before going to bed. It eases the whole area and used regularly will certainly reduce if not remove the inflamation.My friend uses it one the base of her back and tells me it works wonders.
